Bunnings Acacia Ridge reviews
54 Went to tool shop. Approached a worker asking him for help. He said he was from another section but would try to locate my parts
Jack C was particularly helpful and very friendly. We located the parts were quickly on our way
Thanks Jack
Poor rental services! Manager has very medium management skill better then floor staff. Well again what can you expect from them again nothing good machine poor management.:)
Bunnings at Acacia Ridge is very new and a great place to shop! We love visiting there as the staff are so helpful and can direct you to what you want instantly. This saves you time and eliminates any frustration in trying to find things. If you live in the area, make sure you drop in and have a look around. You can even get a great coffee there and all parking is under cover. Give it a look! Cheers, Ian
Terrible service, several staff members walked passed me while i was waiting at the paint counter but no one actually served me. A staff member paged staff to the paint counter but still no one bothered to turn up so i ended up leaving without buying anything.
Strangely enough, they had 2 staff chatting at the hand sanitiser station at the door so at least i had clean hands for the drive to mitre ten.
Staff friendly & helpful & when I had to return something that I'd got by mistake there was no drama at all. Can recommend
Great place, best Bunnings i have been to. Has everything you could possibly need. Staff extremely helpful. Well done Bunnings.
The store is huge, they carry almost everything I ever need for home and garden maintenance.
However, the staff can be hard to find, it feels a little like a game of hide and seek. When I do eventually catch up with one, it seems like it's not their area. The staff have always been pleasant and tried to help to the best of their
Picking up a cordless circular saw and couple other tools and asked the counter to hold on for collection. After looking for other hardwares and came back to collect my tools in less then half an hour, the lady told me that they all sold out. What's a joke! It end up I was getting nothing
This is a very good store. Clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of stock always.
It's a great store BUT at the register in the tool department first she double charged an item then told us the total amount was 300 when it was only 150. She knew this I've no doubt. Second visit we got home only to realise we were over charged again. We got charged twice for large pegs instead of one small. ANNOYING
Very nice and big, lots of parking and undercover which is good, nice and tidy inside and really easy to find what you want. The only downfall is the lack of staff, its very hard to find someone who will help you, there has been a few times I went there, and a few female sales people were quiet rude to me, and laughed at me as I was walking away. Would've gave 5 stars but you really need to train your staff better.
Wow! Bunnings have really excelled themselves. Usual good products with all under cover parking and great air conditioning. Good service too.
The staff here are absolutely useless where common sense does not exist. Fire who ever is in charge of your recruitment Bunnings! Seriously, what a shame.
1.2.2020 Thanks Matt, for your help and knowledge in assisting me to purchase a suitable aircon (portable) and organising the transport for delivery. Great customer service.
It's a nice Bunnings store with ample parking, great range of goods and friendly staff. So yeah, I like the place.
Plenty of undercover parking, A/C, clean / tidy, good service. Best Bunnings around. I drive past another store just to come here.
Went this morning to buy a box and tape. Several Bunnings staff heading off for a smoke - or busy elsewhere. One ‘assistant’ serving a customer with multiple requests. I stood patiently whilst all Bunnings staff in the vicinity did their best to ignore me. In the end I had to speak up - the man who subsequently served me was sarcastically cheerful - I know when someone is taking the piss out of me. Not a good experience and one I intend not to repeat!
Cons- very few staff who didn't seem to have a clue about their own department. After searching for a long time, my son and I really would have appreciated a drinks machine but nope.
Pros- parking is great, it's nice and cool even on a hot day and I had some timber cut by a staff member quickly and he was a top bloke- made the trip worthwhile.
Came this morning to enquire about battery lawnmowers. There were lot of options to choose from. Steve from Bunnings was really helpful and very knowledgeable about all the options and assisted with pros and cons of all battery lawnmowers.
Bought Ryobi battery lawnmower.
5 star for Steve and thanks heaps for all the help.
Needed to figure out some bolts I had easy in and out and it's a brand new place floors are nearly reflective
