Amazing service. My hat was the last of its style and size but it had a small mark on it when they went to pack it. I received an email letting me know and giving me the option of a refund or discount. I went with the discount and the hat arrived just a day latter. Aside from the tiny mark, the hat was perfect. I wore it to an event and received so many comments about how wonderful it was, where did I get it etc. Great hat, beautiful quality, amazing customer service, prompt delivery. I could go on! Best of all, I have a huge head so off the shelf hats never fit me. It was so wonderful to buy a gorgeous hat in my size! I'll purchase again from Brisbane Hatters for sure.

Sourcing Akubra hats is difficult at the moment but I found Brisbane Hatters had the most extensive range, helped me knowledgably with my choice, and were very good value. Worth the trip to the city! Well done!

I was very pleased with a level of service that is now mostly uncommon. I needed the brim of my hat adjusted. There was no problem with doing the job, and they charged a reasonable price for doing it. When I couldn’t get back to pick it up, there was no problem in having it couriered to me. Will be back for other hats, and commend Brisbane Hatters to others.

I have nothing but good to say about the service provided by "Brisbane Hatters" I rang on Thursday morning with an enquiry about an Akubra I was interested in. On the other end of the phone I was talking to a lovely lady by the name of Tina and it was her cheery tone and honesty that persuaded me to place the order there and then. I had the hat delivered the very next day a bit after lunch and I'm inTasmania. Can't beat that for service.

I ordered an Akubra Cattleman in Tanbark Brown online from Brisbane Hatters and I couldn't be happier.
It is hard to find the Tanbark Brown in stock in most stores, which would usually mean a 4 month made-to-order wait, but Brisbane Hatters had it in stock.
Instead of waiting for 4 months, I only had to wait 2 days for it to be delivered to me in NSW! Also it was packaged with such great care and with a nice handwritten thank you note, all free of charge, for my purchase.
The hat looks great and fits great, they even sent some hat inserts in case it was too big.
