I recently purchased an Akubra Stylemaster in Bluegrass Green colour online - very happy with the hat and the colour! The website was easy to navigate, the hat was extremely well packaged, was received in Canberra less than two days later and included a couple of size adjusters, a hat care card and a hand written thank you note. This is one of the most satisfying on-line purchases I have made and I cannot recommend Brisbane Hatters highly enough - well done guys!

Oh how the mighty have fallen. It is amazing how one staff member can ruin what was a fantastic shop. I have purchased 5 hats there in the last 2 years and was the go to shop with every visit to the city. Each time had nothing but rave reviews for this quirky little hatters.
When I went there today and was assisted by someone new to me. She was in-short rude and abrasive. I left without a new hat and am now left with the prospect of finding a new place.

Wow, what an amazing customer service experience! I emailed Brisbane Hatters to confirm an Akubra I was after was in stock and I received an email back immediately from Tess with confirmation. I placed my order and less than 24 hours later it was at my doorstep! From Brisbane to Perth, absolutely blew my mind how quick it was delivered. Thank you so much, I will definitely be buying all future hats from yourselves! One of a kind outstanding service!

Did some last minute Christmas online shopping from Sydney, and was amazed at how fast and efficient the store was in fulfilling orders!

Paid on one night, shipped the next day and arrived in Sydney the day after. Very efficient and reliable, and the packaging was impeccable and protected the hat well.

Basically, for most hats brands - Akubra, Tilley, Brixton etc - the hat itself will be the same no matter you buy it from. But the service and packaging does make a big difference - I've had stores that didn't ship out for a week, or stores that tried to save on cheaper boxes and caused damage to the hat in transit. You don't want to deal with any of that!

So when in doubt go with these guys, they're legit, efficient and very good at what they do.

I had a fun time selecting a hat from the many available. The ladies that served me were fun and helpful. Now I want to buy another hat!

I genuinely thought I wouldn't receive it for a few weeks being Christmas and all! But the next day made me happy as the hat is a Christmas present.
