Just recieved my Akubra Stylemaster, Bluegrass Green. From Bisbane to Auckland, New Zealand in very good time. Love the hat and the colour! This will be a bash around, working hat for me so I will be doing some reshaping to personalize it. The whole shopping experience from these folks was GREAT! I recently purchased an Akubra Traveller online, after much agonising over colour and style! I was initially concerned about buying a hat online due to shipping, and wasn’t sure how it would ‘travel’, however, the hat was packaged with so much care and was shipped and delivered very quickly. If you don’t have time to get to the shop I can highly recommend Brisbane Hatters to get your hat to you in perfect condition.

Friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff! Great selection to choose from and the staff really help you figure out which hat is best for you. Super stoked with what we purchased. Due to COVID restrictions, there are only 10 people allowed in the shop, which is perfect as it gives you enough room to browse. Whilst waiting outside the shop though, the staff is already helping you out taking measurements.so helpful!

The staff member who served me was very professional and helpful, making sure I had the right fitting hat. They also sent the hat to my address as I was in Brisbane on holiday. The packaging was sturdy and the hat arrived in excellent condition. They also included a card with instructions on how to care for my hat. They have a hat to suit anyone and every occasion in the shop. I am very happy with Brisbane Hatters and highly recommend them.
