I have ordered a few items from here and they have all been great. The online chat customer service was very helpful and friendly. The sizings have been correct and all items have arrived in a very timely manner. I will be ordering more from Blue Bungalow.

First time I've dealt with this boutique, ordered late Thursday (yesterday) arrived today to my PO Box.

Wow, this was such a great experience from start to finish - makes me definitely want to buy again! I was buying online and had a bit of trouble working out which size I needed and how things worked so chatted online to the customer service - I spoke to two different women who were just incredible! Blue Bungalow's customer service is second to none! I am so very grateful for the prompt and amazing help. My dresses were picked up by their courier within one hour of me ordering and received so quickly. Very true to the pictures and great sizing! Absolutely love the fabric and the quality of the making. Thank you all so much, I will be recommending you to my friends!

I ordered pants that were advertised one size fits all. When they arrived they were labelled size 8 Very misleading I have bought from this business before and it has been okay. I will never use them again

Could not be happier with this company, or their product. This is the second time I have ordered online, and I have received my order within a day. This time, I had incorrectly estimated the size I needed, and needed to size down. The returns process is a breeze. I returned my dress Friday afternoon, and received my new size Monday morning. Awesome service.

I bought 2 dresses that were on sale. The fit was terrible and now I’ve just found out they cannot be returned! At no point during the checkout process did it warn me that the easy returns they advertised would not be applicable. This should be made more clear. I thought I would at least have got an exchange. Won’t buy again. I have over $100 worth of unwearable dresses

My skirt arrived today (only took 2 days!) and I love it! I'm a size 12 with the typical menopausal spare tyre and the S-M fits really nicely. I particularly like the wide waist band for that reason. I'll definitely be buying this skirt in other colours.

I have had a few online orders from BB over the years. Their clothes are great quality & extremely comfy. Ordering, return & refund procedures are quick & very easy - hassle free. Will continue ordering from them when bank account allows.

I purchased 3 pieces for a trip to the UK later this year.
Weekend pants primarily for the flight, perfect, very comfortable when I tried on, true to size.
Cashmere blend scarf, I LOVE it, so much softer than I expected and I was really pleased with the size, again perfect on the flight as well as during the trip.
Turtleneck jumper, I expected it to be a little scratchy, I was wrong it is so soft and also true to size.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase, excellent quality highly recommend.
