Blue Bungalow

I placed my 4th order with Blue Bungalow yesterday morning and they arrived today! Super fast delivery. And as always, love, love, love the dresses and top. And I have a tiny size 36 foot and find it very hard to find shoes to fit, these fit perfectly! Thank you, thank you!

After purchasing some clothing online from what I thought was an Australian based company last year only to find it all came from China and was horrible quality, incorrect sizing, etc.etc. I was very hesitant to buy online again however Blue Bungalow has been a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be making more purchases from them. My order was picked and despatched within 24 hours, packaged beautifully and the dresses I bought were true to size and exactly what I'd hoped for (pocket crinkle cotton midi). From easy use of website to excellent quality of garments, this company deserves more than 5 stars! Oh did I mention order dispatched within 2 hours of ordering and arrived interstate next day! Absolutely fantastic in-store service from Libby, Heidi and the girls! BB is must visit for those of us that have only ever shopped on line. We stayed for over 2 hours, spent a shed load and throughly enjoyed ourselves and left with lots of new clothes that I can’t wait to wear. Good job ladies - very well done

I just received my delivery and wow I’m so happy with the quality and the fit. I ordered the black and white bamboo skirt and two of the Rouched midi skirts in navy and black. I’m a size 14 and they fit beautifully. An excellent addition to my wardrobe

Another delightful shopping experience today. My “personal” shopper was Deb and she did a grand job. Unfortunately I was looking for dresses and because it’s the end of season they were low on stock/sizes. Never the less Deb worked really hard and on this occasion I left empty handed, but intend calling again in a few months when perhaps their summer stock might be in.

The item (white cotton slip skirt) received is exactly as described and pictured. Pricing of garment was great. Sizing was spot on. Payment options were fantastic. The delivery was super fast at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend this company.

The worst experience I think. I had to travel by public transport which it isn’t a great location for, only to get lost from the bus to the shop. Took 30 minutes for a 10 minute walk. Then, the shop was really small. I saw so much on the website, had already picked out what I wanted to find not much in store, and quality not as good as I expected. The staff weren’t very friendly, it seemed like they were more helpful with regular customers from what I saw. Then, at checkout, get told they can get stuff from warehouse when I had walked round the store for ages not finding anything I liked. Will not be coming back

Bought a grant raffia hat, it arrived quick smart, yay!
For the amount I paid it is one of the worst purchases I have ever made.
It looks cheap, was packed badly and it flops so bad on one side it looks rediculous. I have tried to steam some shape into it but it doesn't hold. I'll just have to wear it at home because it can't possibly be worn out, but that's what you get shopping online.sometimes.

I came across this store in an ad on Instagram and I am so impressed I think I have now placed three orders with them. Quality is brilliant, order are dispatched quickly and good price for great quality highly recommend this store.

Staff are absolutely fabulous, nothing to much trouble and suggestions given and all have a great personality worth the visit. Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service provided.

I took my mum into the store to buy a dress as a Christmas gift. This was far and away our best ever shopping experience. My mum is a tricky shape and visually impaired. The store manager was beyond helpful, recommending styles that would suit her, bringing refreshments and just generally being so kind and helpful. Mum left with 5 items and a renewed confidence. She looked and felt a million dollars. The next day dad was asking for the address to go there to buy other items she had thought more about. We are forever customers. Thank you.
