I have to commend Blue Bungalow on their marketing tactics - they've done a stellar job at marketing their business! The products I received were cheap brands I've bought before at market stalls. So they've curated their wardrobe and possibly picked the best of the cheap, but no denying they're just re-sellers from cheap brands. Probably Ali express and the like. Was very disappointed to open my package.

I came to the coast on holiday but left my amazing Flexibraid hat at home! Ordered a new one yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning, in time for the beach. Amazing service! Thank you ️

From order to delivery was less than 72 hours. I love the clothes. I’ve bought quite a lot from the online store and have never been disappointed until today. My shirt arrived with buttons undone except the bottom one, and looks like it was just shoved in the bag without a care in the world. I actually wondered if someone had just taken it off. I recently had a wonderful experience with Leisa during a 1hr Wardrobe refresh. Leisa was professional and honest with the clothes I tried on.
I tried styles and colours I would have never tried by myself. She's given me the confidence to feel amazing and stylist whilst staying within a budget. I walked out with 5 pieces of clothing and will definitely be back. Thank you for the coffee too, one of the nicest I've had in a long time.

We had what can only be described as a bizarre experience today at your store and we were so looking forward to visiting. We were left with a very sour taste in our mouths indeed. At first the sales assistant shuffled us into the adjoining coffee shop which was closed, we assumed because we were carrying take away coffees, but she didn’t really say. It was as if we needed permission to enter the store, her domain. Once we checked in and for our masks on, left our coffees in the other room, she was waiting there, looked us up and down and explained if we couldn’t find our size on the rack, there might be more out there back. We felt very judged (at size 14 and 18). We asked for help finding glasses because they are all strangely packed away in boxes, making it impossible to try them on. She was too busy wrapping a gift and made us wait. The “stock girl” was called and had trouble finding said glasses and after 10 minutes asked if we wanted her to keep looking? Of course we did! We had come all the way to the store specifically to buy these glasses. In the meantime my friend tried on dresses and no-one helped her, other than to yell across the store to put her mask back on. The final straw, happened when the same sales assistant started complaining out loud to the other one “THAT Discovery is still parked out the front”! It was my friend’s car and we were shopping there! How ridiculous. The whole experience was terrible, we have never been made to feel so unwelcome, uncomfortable and disappointed to say the least.

Always a successful shopping experience at Blue Bungalow. The ladies are always so helpful with looking for sizes and encouraging me to try different styles that I wouldn’t normally try. Lots of flattering styles for all shapes and sizes. Worth a trip!
