Tyler was absolutely fantastic with helping to arrange to have a bike constructed. I was given the run around by a few of the other staff and told to call another day. Tyler who I believe is a new employee went over and beyond to call me back with the answers he wasn't sure about. Keep up the good work Tyler, Anaconda North Lakes is lucky to have you.

Me an my family went to the ANACONDA NORTHLAKES STORE on Saturday 5th December 2020 at around 2pm an the individual that helped us was so amazing. I don’t know his name but he had a strong accent, maybe from Africa? Hope I don’t offend anyone. Anyways we brought a paddle board an had no clue what to do or how to get it on our car an he was so nice to help us out. Even though it was hot an humid, he helped us unpack the paddle board an load the Paddle board on to the Jeep an showed us what straps to buy an how to use it. Honestly such a lovely gentleman an me an my husband left the store talking about how awesome his customer service was. I will definitely recommend this store an will definitely be returning for future purchases. THANK YOU

Great range of outdoor gear. They do gas bottle refills also. Some of their pricing is on the higher end so pays to shop around on items like footwear and fishing gear

Always a good experience at Anaconda North Lakes. Very friendly and helpful staff and the store is well laid out and plenty of products on display

Good range of outdoor/camping gear at reasonable prices. I find the sales labels a bit misleading though. Staff are helpful too.

Everything is much more expensive here than Freddy's & Snowy's. Couldn't believe the price differences. Difficult to get any assistance on the floor too but after seeing the prices (example, Coleman 31cm camp fry pan - Freddys price $19.99 Anaconda price $34.99) we walked in & walked out!

Only thing i didnt like; is that they didn't have 6" mullet in the bair freezer.other than that, brilliant store and helpful, friendly staff.

What price guarantee. Told me because they sold that product at the same price (not now but 8 months ago) they would only match the competitors price and not beat it by 10%as advertised. So when you try to claim the price guarantee, they will just look at their computer screen, tell you that they sold that product last year at that price and they can only match it. That's the price I can" GUARANTEE " you will pay. What a croc

Mel so amazingly helped me out! She is so very knowledgeable. Definitely knows her stuff, and super patient in explaining the differences between different jacket types, the files and what products to combine with to get the best out of it (keeping warm) when in extreme temperatures. She made what could have been a confusing decision with so many choices of Jackets, so much clearer and took the time to explain. I'm really grateful for her help and for helping out also with price. She also offered to call around other stores for sizing also. She really did go the extra mile! Both her and the Manager are super awesome people with a warm and genuine nature only wanting to help as much as they can. I'll definitely be back should i need any further products. Please if you have any requirements for outdoor clothing, boots, tents and similar equipment, I thoroughly recommend you visit these guys! A massive thank you Mel and Mr Manager, and I wish you well with your business! ️

The two gentlemen who helped me choosing roof racks for my rav4 on Thursday 24th July are the definition of customer service done right. The crew employed here are knowledgable, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The store is huge, offers a great variety of options & more often than not, much cheaper than their competitors or other stores within the same complex. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Love this store. Has a great range of products for the outdoors ranging from budget to high quality. Can't get as much ultra light gear as I would like but the range is excellent for a store so close to home. Love it

Bought a bike from my son today and the staff were very quick to get it assembled. Only took about 30 minutes for the guy to put it together. It is quite a large Ananconda store and has everything you need for a weekend away! 5/5

Commendable customer service, some good savings to be had also. Some staff have great product knowledge and all have been very helpful. Will be back again.

Absolutely terrible service. No sign of staff anywhere and when one finally turned up (helping someone else) he rudely reached right in front of my wife without a word and then threw in an excuse me as an after thought. Avoid.

Had a great experience shopping here. Prices were pretty much as expected with some cheaper alternatives on some items. Staff and customer services were fantastic. Would definitely recommend going here if you're looking for camping, holiday, hiking or general outdoorsy gear.

Bad customer service
We went there 10 minutes earlier before closing but they didn't serve us.
Bad experience.

Awful service. Purchased a LPG cylinder and paid to get it filled. The 2 ladies at the counter attempted to call someone to fill the cylinder instead of them doing it themselves. Waited 10 minutes, no one showed. One of the ladies ended up doing it anyway. Why make me wait? Only 1 customer went through checkout during my wait. It was not busy.

Best place to sign up for free and once a member, the cheapest place to refill a 9kg gas bottle.

One of the better Anaconda stores in Qld because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & responsive.

Decent selection of gear, however all the bikes appeared to be poorly put together. Buyer beware
