Can't say the same about Dylan, who spoke to me very rudely when I questioned the price of life jackets.

Jake could benefit from some customer service training. The store is cluttered, making it awkward to move around when it’s busy. Don’t expect any help unless you go and look for it. Based on the pathetic lack of “customer service” from Jake alone we will never step foot in the north lakes store again.

As usual, I got what I wanted and sales personnel, including cashier helpful and friendly.

Nice and friendly staff distinguish North Lakes Anaconda from others. Hope they can continue great atmosphere there.

Visited the store today and was served by Ava. She went above and beyond looking for some crocs to save my Christmas. She was so helpful and happy throughout the whole experience.

Just wanted to thank Mary for her outstanding customer service on Boxing Day, as well as her patience with helping my dad with his hiking shoes and socks, as we have absolutely no knowledge of what he needs for his upcoming Kilimanjaro hike. Thanks Mary!?

Loads of handy stuff, found the xl travel mug I wanted. Pretty packed in with stock though. Makes moving around the fridges and eskies a bit awkward.

Also, one of the staff was having an enthusiastic go at another one for shelves being empty. I don't care to hear this while I'm shopping, learn to manage your people better. Shouting at people makes them want to quit, not feel motivated to do better.

Well stocked shop, staff hard to find, no trolleys for larger items (and again staff hard to find, potentially they can get large items for you), staff behind the counter were very friendly and polite.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Even offered to put my new kayaks on top of my 4x4 roof racks for me.

If you need to something but can't find it? Try to ask them. They will find location evrn other shop as wall.

Bought a couple of bikes, staff were friendly and helpful. The products are of good quality and great sales prices

Great deals. Terrific staff. Just make sure that you confirm that they still have the item in stock as I went to 2 stores that said they had what I was after and they didn't.

Amazing customer service from staff and manager, i bought branded shoe in Feb. I noticed the shoes were faulty when in overseas but only retuned after 3 months.
The staff were knowledgable that they assessed the shoes as faulty and replaced with New shoes even after 3 months of purchasing.unbelievable!

Well set out, easy to find things. Staff are great, from a pair of socks to an 8 man tent, they can help.

In and out with what I wanted BUT man do you need to train your staff on customer service.
Young female (Kayla) who served me did not want to be and did not want to serve me, really poor attitude considering she is the last line to make a good impression of Anaconda Brand.
