Great service and friendly staff. Had to swap a size in a shirt and the ladies behind the counter were patient and helpful as I tried to source my tax invoice from my phone.

Very poor customer service, waited and waited to get some help and cant find someone. Such a huge store but yet no one can help. I was plan to buy a Shimano reef, however did feedback to the counter and she simple just ignored. Oh well I guess they dont want to sell so I will go back buying online or go to Chermside branch as they are friendly staff and customer service is great.
Just shamed as I have been buying stuff from this branch and shamed that you are trying to help local shops but they dont act together. I hope you take this feedback onboard rather than ignoring your customer so for that is very poor service. By the way, If I can pick up the item from the shelves I would not need your help but it is lock in the display cabinet that is why I need help. Very simple, it is the behaviour of the staffs that you need to change if you want customers. Very simple right? Then act on it.

Great service and help from Ryan. He helped us select 2 adult kayaks, life vests, paddles, soft car racks and tie downs. He also offered to show us how to tie them down to our car roof. Fantastic!

Stuffs kinda packed in but ya can still move around, staff are friendly and prices are good.

I was there to get into a new sport. The team there were helpful, knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell me things I didn't need or want but kept to the budget I had in mind. From the moment I approached the sales man in fishing to the carpark, I was treated like a wanted and valued customer. I will be back, and with more money and friends and family.

I received help from several staff members to select a few items. They were very helpful and there was a sale on too.

Lots of stuff everywhere. Was hard to shop clothing as it was very crowded and stuff wasn't on the correct coat hangers reflecting the actual size of the garment.

Dangerously good.the friendly staff with their product knowledge they provide really make you spend some serious money.

Great clear and clean store. Great stocks and a large range of items to look at. Staff were welcoming. And actually walk up to you to ask if they can help. Very refreshing from the usual customer service thats in bigger retail outlets.

First time I've been to an Anaconda, have to say I was impressed with the range of fishing gear. The staff were helpful and friendly, I'd go back and purchase great from them.

The staff at North lakes are dreadful at helping you so I went to a different store and had good service
