Incredible store. Great variety of quality stock for all ages. Well set out plenty to choose from. The staff are amazing, great knowledge and very friendly and helpful.

Purchased a few puzzles and games a few weeks ago. Great selection. Zeke was brilliant. Took the time to offer and demonstrate some games to my daughter (6) and I. Very friendly, service-oriented and seems to enjoy what he's doing.

The young guy working there, I think his name is Zeke? He is brillant at his job, so much energy and positivity around the games he sells!

Great board game selection; the best I've seen outside of the big city. Definitely worth a visit.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit on the 3rd of December around 3pm. I have been visiting Amazen at Caloundra ever since I was a young girl and have never had such a rude staff member. My partner and I were just walking around like everyone else and when we left the male staff member on at the time followed us outside to say "have a nice day" which we responded to as you do, but then proceeded to walk in front of my partner and lift up his towel without asking for consent and say how he looked "suss" the way he was standing? He didn't even apologise when he realised we didn't steal anything and just walked away. Will not be visiting again if the same guy is working. Making assumptions based on looks isn't right.

Great variety of games. Staff have excellent knowledge of the games sold and will recommend a game to you.

So many games and puzzles that you don't see in other stores. Staff very friendly. Worth a look, games for young and old

I love the variety but I scratched my head over the prices.
For instance, the game Soggy Doggy, $25 in Kmart and Target is nearly double this at Amazen.
Really not competitive with pricing. But great for gift ideas and then you can shop online at a fraction of the cost.
The staff are pretty helpful and come and show you how to play the games which I liked.
Kids love it, of course haha and they're allowed to touch stuff and explore. Great store vibe, just not so much on your wallet.

Visited the Caloundra store yesterday and was blown away by the variety and service. A toy/puzzle/game store with a point of difference - all have a sample out for you to try and have a play with before buying! The staff member was sensational.great product knowledge and extremely enthusiastic about his products. Kids were very impressed by his magic skills (as was I!), and bought a card game called Slapzi jist because we got to try it with him!

It's always a pleasure to shop here, especially with the enthusiasm of the young shop assistant. He is attentive, assertive and super friendly - never pushy, just incredibly helpful! The only place I'll go to buy games.

This games store is hands down the best store I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, they don’t mind the kids thousands of questions and they know their products. Able to recommend games to suit the whole family based on just a fee questions. It is the highlight of our holiday every year.

Fabulous Fun Games & exceptionally knowledgeable staff. If they don't have the game you want they will source it for you.

Really friendly staff and they have some fantastic products that are sure to entertain kids and adults of all ages. The staff will also show you some of their hands and interact well with kids of all ages. It's not the cheapest of places however which is why I can't give it a higher rating.
