In the store today I was listening to both Amy & Zeke at different times explaining to customers how the games worked and their various benefits. They were so into it, excited and enthusiastic about the games, it was infectious (in a good way), so I wanted a go and asked Amy to help us understand the “Ask the Kidz” game and others and we ended up leaving with 2 board games and a puzzle game. They were awesome and we can’t wait to play them. Thanx Guys, Inlove your work

We love visiting this store and plan a trip to Amazen every time we visit the Sunshine Coast on holiday. Libby was great at explaining how different games work, showing us the new games and helping us find ones that suited our family.

A beautiful store with beautiful staff. Every time I visit Vicki goes above and beyond to help me choose some games for our family. And her suggestions are spot on. The customer service at Montville always exceeds my expectations. Great place to grab some thoughtful games. So much choice!

I had the pleasure of shopping here yesterday and the service was wonderful. I believe it was Libby that served me and she was informative, engaging, listened to my needs and gave relevant recommendations complete with interactive demonstrations of the games. I needed a engaging game to play with my 8yr old nephew who is on the spectrum, the games Libby recommended were a total hit and the whole family could come together. Your staff are a great asset to your shop and we will be back. Thank you!

Very impressed with the customer service. Great range of products, attractive store with plenty of colour and some games available to try. Staff give demonstration of how to play the games with enthusiasm. We found Five crowns card game a favourite of ours. We will return for more.

Nice staff, great range, well presented store. But prices are almost double what you can find online - needs to be more competitive in my opinion!

Expansive selection of games, puzzles and toys. Staff are knowledgeable and passionate about the products, and super friendly.

We ordered a game online and it arrived promptly but when we opened it, the set of dice was not correct (no fault of Amazen - they could not have known). I emailed Amazen to ask them if it was possible to send out the correct dice. We received them a couple of days later. Great customer service - we will definitely be going back for more games and puzzles.

Went to this place just to fill in time with my 3&5 year old girls. Young fella there was so polite and engaging with the girls, so I thought iwould show my support and purchase something. Ended up getting a 35 piece puzzle.
Throughout my stay here @ Caloundra the girls have not stopped enjoying this puzzle.yes it could have been cheaper buying one from Kmart but the quality of this from this shop is amazing.
Highly recommend this place just sorry it was closed on Sunday Arvo when I went back there to purchase another

What a breath of fresh air this toy and game shop is! A lovely salesman that displayed a genuine welcoming attitude, a smile with banter and great service. Would definitely recommend them.

The guy working here needs his own YouTube channel. Very friendly and funny, knows alot about the games and always can help with recommendations.
