The lady in the shop was so lovely and kind to the kids, she knew all the games and toys in her shop and was just so nice!

Great customer service. We spent 2 days at the coast and my kid said their favourite thing was the game shop.

What a hidden gem! I’m sad I didn’t visit this place earlier on our family holiday. The layout and selection is amazing, there are so many toys and games I haven’t seen anywhere else. There was plenty for my kids to play and interact with, such a welcoming vibe instead of the usual “look don’t touch” I tried to limit my purchases as I feel I could have bought half the store… Libby the staff member who helped us was wonderful, super enthusiastic as knowledgable about all the different toys and games. She showed myself and my kids how to play one of the games, we all had so much fun we ended up buying that too! Felt very happy with our quality purchases, appreciated the excellent customer service and loved supporting a local business. Will be back!

We came in to choose a game for a birthday present. Libby was really helpful and knowledgeable - had plenty of suggestions and helped us try a number of age-appropriate games to make a decision. Definitely recommend!

Heard a rumour about this place, and it blew our expectations! Very clean and well stocked. Walked out with a brilliant game.

We love Amazen! Every time we are at Caloundra we are there. We visited again today and were lucky enough to see our fav staff member Amy which is completely by chance now she works at the new Cotton Tree store. This store is a must. The staff are always happy to share their knowledge, play a game and teach our little people new games. We are now hooked on so many games and different activities. My son and I had such a fun time at Amazen this morning, with Libby - a lovely, well informed staffer who went through just a few of the fantastic game options she would recommend for a gift. We ended up choosing Buildzi - an interactive 3D building puzzle game that I decided was perfect as a gift, and a second for our family to enjoy. She wrapped up the gift for us, I chose a gift card which was also on hand to buy (I love a one stop shop!) and my family laughed alot tonight as we enjoyed our new game. Thanks Libby for your genuine customer service and for taking the time to make our experience in the store so memorable.

Thank you so much for showing my children and I the joy in playing games again. What a great place to come to trial some fun games. The lovely assistant at the store, Zeke, was super fun and knowledgeable. Even got my stubborn 14 year old playing games and giggling again. Defiantly will be back to add to our collection. 3 teachers visited your store and were greeted by Linkcon, he showed us a number of games and spent time playing with us. We walked away with a few games for the classroom and for ourselves. Thanks Linkcon for your customer service, you were so impressive for a year 9 student!

What a wonderful experience it was shopping here today! Amy was so helpful, explaining some new card and dice games to us. Normally we shy away from buying new games because we're not sure if we'll like them. Amy has set the standard for what we expect in a retail games store from now on.

Friendly staff, the shop is really cool with nice decorations. Lots of variety of games and toys. The experience of trying the games is great too. Fun for kids.

Amy served me the last time I visited and like every employee there at Amazen Puzzles & Games, she was wonderful! I love how everyone really gets into showing us the game by playing a couple of rounds. It’s the best!

We love Amazen and the team! Each year we holiday in Caloundra and a stop to here is a must! The team are so knowledgeable and friendly - always keen to show us how a game works and are so patient with our kids. High recommend a visit next time you’re in Caloundra!
