A big mistake! 2 hours waiting to don't have any diagnosis why our reverse camera wasn't working. Ending up having to wait even longer just because they disconnect all our lights. We had to pay for nothing! Don't recommend at all.

Kirk and Johnny at Air Sound & Vision installed a significant audio visual system in our new home recently - they were very clear on our options when we discussed our requirements and offered alternative ideas which were helpful in the final design. The installation was excellent, seamless and importantly looks and sounds great, particularly the cinema which is exactly like the real thing thanks to their design.

I would strongly recommend the Air Sound & Vision team for your audio visual requirements.

Neat shop. The rest was a big disappointment. They said they had the gear in that we ordered so we drove 2 hours from the west to pick it only to have him say he can't find it. Didn't care, no sorry, nothing. Asked for a price on other gear and he said he didn't have time to find it. Left with nothing. Won't be going back.

Awesome promt reliable and great service every time, been using them for a few different vehicles over the past few years and always find them to have quality marksmanship and a very friendly attitude however Andy needs more sleep

Honestly these guys are the best in the business. I had a project car I had been working the last two years and was pointed in the right direction to Air Sound & Vision, to finish it off. My car was the type of car any other company (I won’t name) wouldn’t touch, because it was out of their experience/too hard or way overpriced incase faults were to happen. If your looking for quality assurance, experienced professionals and overall top quality work, this is where you go. It’s been an awesome experience seeing my vision come to fruition. I’ll be honest, you get what you pay for in any circumstance, but after dealing with Kirk, Errol & the team there’s no second guessing the work, the value & the experience these guys have. I’ll happily throw my Car on a truck in Brisbane and send it up to get work done all over again.

These went above and beyond for my car. Amazing install and quality. You get what you pay for, they sell the best brands because they want the best for the customers not because they are out for your money.

I went in for a price and they were much more expensive than other places.
I asked if they would price match, they said no and were very rude to me.
Don't go there you will get ripped off!

Return the vehical four times to be told it as good as they can get it. That is not what I was told when I talked to them about getting a DVDs player fitted. I was told no problems. After the fourth time I was told it is as good as it gets. Poor response for over $1600 spent. When it come to payment the were rude and it seemed as if they were trying to be little me in frt of other customers. I had purchased many items before but not since that day. I use autobahn cairns now and find the customer service is much better.

Stay away from these people I went there to have my car air conditioner looked at and was told that they had bad news for me that my suction hose was leaking and also my compressor had gone, gave me a quote for $1434 I ended up taking the car to FNQ Air - nothing wrong with the compressor, I did have a leaking suction hose they had it fixed in no time for $570 so I believe they would not have even touched the compressor and charged me for a new one, total rip offs

Cost me $160 to install pre purchased speakers. Both front doors left damaged. Speakers already blown. Took 3 hours and never got a call. Went in store and the guy was reading a magazine.

I've been a customer of Alpine for as long as I have been able to drive a car, the team here are always so helpful and supply quality equipment and provide the highest standards of workmanship.

I don't trust many companies to work on my cars but I trust Kirk and his team with all my cars, will even be taking my new boat in shortly.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! The attitude i was given by the staff was disgusting. I would recommended you go else where!
Oh and the prices are outrageous.

Had a keyless entry system added to my truck. Quoted at a particular price, which I agreed to. When I returned the price was $100 less because it was an easier job and didn't need a part that was already on the vehicle. The could have charged the original price & I wouldn't have known the difference. They did a great job too.

I was looking at purchasing a new CD player in my vehicle as it had stopped playing CDs. Spoke with Mark, he was very helpful suggested a new one as it was not worth repairing. Cost me $280 from memory and he had it done within an hour. Highly recommend Air Sound and Vision

Haven't dealt much with the store but they've got a good range of quality products, plenty in the soundboard to listen to before buying and a nice showroom

Bought a set of Land Cruiser door speaker panels. Excellent customer service and great quality item, now I can finally hear my stereo on the highway
