6512Rnd Southbank is a place where any fitness goal can be achieved. My time here is testament to that fact. But beyond that, Khoa, Shaye, Laura are the friendly yet firm guides we all need to stay focused. They make every workout memorable.
I'm approaching my 100 sessions at 12RND and I absolutely love this place! Just show up anytime and train. Workouts are always different and the trainers are the absolute best!
My special appreciation to Khoa (a.k. A Sensei), Shaye and Eli for always motivating me and making every session fun!

Great first impression of 12RND Southbank. One month down and hopefully many more to go. Loved how welcoming and encouraging everyone is. All the coaches know your name from day one and they give one on one support through every workout tailoring the exercises to your needs if required. The club has really good energy and it makes working out fun. Would totally recommend.
Very accommodating staff, good trainers (Khoa always has a smile on his face and pushes you in the right way and his pad work is GREAT! I always have a great experience here! Easy to follow workouts, no class times. And you get to punch stuff!
Laura and the team of trainers are amazing! Always happy to see you, friendly, helpful and passionate. Definitely the best gym I've ever been to. Thank you all!
Khoa, Laura, Blossom and Eli are a fantastic group of trainers and are amazing at finding the balance of pushing you to work harder whilst still making the workouts fun and enjoyable. I’ve never been able to stick to a habit of going to the gym and yet with 12rnd Southbank I’ve hit the 12-month mark and am still loving it.

Cannot recommend this gym enough! Ive been going since July 2019 and have already lost almost 35kg! The workout is fun and gradeable, I started 7 weeks post cesarean and the trainers were so knowledgeable in how to modify the exercises for me. Now my overall fitness and especially core strength is stronger than it has ever been before! The club is like a family, we all support eachother and want eachother to succeed. Truely an oasis in this crazy world. I wouldnt train anywhere else xx
Literally the BEST GYM experience I've ever had. The trainers are engaging and enthusiastic. It's such a welcoming and encouraging place to train no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. Would recommend/10

Even though these guys keep it tough they are so supportive and are genuinely great individuals. Highly recommend. They have created such a great culture with the locals. Well done:)
Can't rate this place high enough. I have achieved far more training with Lol and Eli here over the past few months than any other gym I've attended, ever. It's essentially a PT session every visit. Their energy, professionalism, and commitment to helping every member get the most out of their workouts is second to none. The 12RNDS format itself is perfect.variety that prevents boredom and timing that allows you to push yourself whilst still avoiding injury. For a busy person like me, no set start time a massive bonus. As is the quick 45min turnaround. The gym itself is always spotless, with great music and an awesome vibe. Highly recommend.
A big shout out to Jonah, Lolita and Eli for hooking me up with some sessions while I was up in Brisbane for work. From the minute I walked in I was welcomed and treated like family. Credit to them for the drive and passion they show for the club and their members. I highly recommend people get in and see what all the fuss is about. You won't be disappointed!
The training is great but the value of the place for me is the trainers. So welcoming and always there to help. This is what keeps me coming back. Doesn’t matter where you are in your journey to healthy living, the trainers push you to your limits and make you feel motivated to keep coming. Thank you 12rnd South Brisbane. I’m ready for 2020. This is the place to be if you want to get fit, lose weight or just be physically active.

Excellent workout space with very supportive staff! They’ve just moved into their new location, as well, so everything is brand new. Would definitely recommend!
3 weeks in and loving every session - Trainer's are great and super informative and I always have such a good workout!
Can't say enough good things about 21 RND Southbank. You're in and out in not much more than 45 minutes, there are no class times making it ridiculously easy to attend (no excuses!) and the trainers are always pushing you to be your best. The activities constantly change so the time goes so fast, and before you know it you're done. Not only that, but the workouts are challenging and I always leave feeling great. So glad I stumbled across this gym.
I am only a new member but I absolutely love 12RND Fitness! The workouts are intense but the trainers are there to help you every step of the way. I am amazed at how much my fitness has improved in just a few short weeks. It can be scary to walk into any gym and start a new program but everyone at 12RND Fitness Southbank is friendly and make you feel welcome. I cannot wait to see my progress in 12 months time!
Amazing gym and super great work out.never get bored with the different rounds and the trainers are awesome with motivation and helping you with your technique
Can't give 12 rounds Southbank a bigger wrap. The location is excellent and the workouts are always testing. The best thing is that you can do it in your own time and it is done within an hour.
I recommend to everyone
The best 45 minutes HIIT training you can have! This gym is so great. Super knowledgeable and helpful trainers, each day new exercises. The best thing is that you really don't feel how the time flies. You're in and out in an hour, can track your progress and feel really satisfied at the end!
