5112RND has been an integral part of my settling back into Australia. All the staff and members are like family and everyone just wants you to be the best you can be. It’s a perfect blend of strength, conditioning and stamina training with some great tunes to match.
The most motivating and fun staff! Plus an awesome and engaging workout - you never get bored. LOVE working out (never thought I would say that!)
I look forward to my workouts at this club: the energy and enthusiasm of the trainers is contagious! Love that every day is different and that I'm not having to watch the clock in case I miss a session. Really enjoy the boxing, too. I am definitely fitter and stronger than I've ever been, having gone beyond my goals set at the start of the year. Joining 12 RND Ashgrove was the best decision!
This place offers HIIT in a dynamic and fun setting. Boxing focused functional training with a variety of exercises that change daily. I enjoy the atmosphere but most of all (and the only reason I actually use this membership, unlike many I have had before) there are no set classtimes, show up, work hard, go home.
In 9 weeks of going regularly I have lost nearly 4 kgs and lost a whole size in trousers - keep smiling, it burns more calories!:)
I've been a member for nearly a year and train 5 days a week. The last 12 years I have belong to many gyms, but none have even come close to 12RND Ashgrove! It's a community where everyone supports each other to be the best person they can be. I enjoy the fact that the workouts change daily so you don't get bored, they have no fixed class times and it suits all fitness levels. The club staff are amazing and will push you outside your comfort zone to achieve fitness goals you didn't think were possible!
I have not kept up a gym membership in decades but am really enjoying 12rounds and love going every time. The workouts are hard but fun to do and the personal trainers keep you motivated. I feel so much better and happier since joining a year ago - love it!
It is simply a great workout, 45 minutes of high impact interval training and you walk away exhausted and satisfied. Kyra the owner/manager and the trainers, Zac, Jonah and Jay are amazing, they are always encouraging and pushing you (nicely and politely) to get more out of your workout.
Love this place! Great energy from the trainers, other members, and, of course, the music! I like that the workout changes each day, and you have personal trainers close by to ask questions or just give you motivation. Time flies by and you feel great!
Love love love the 12rounds concept - 12 x 3 min rounds, alternating boxing with weights and cardio exercises. Exercises change every day, so no getting bored. 42 mins of HIIT regularly = good fitness! Love that you don't have to book a class, just rock up inside opening hrs and start whenever you are ready. Kyra and the team are so friendly and welcoming! You're encouraged to push yourself but in a fun safe way, there great with accommodating injuries with alternative exercises too. They always have some sorry of event or promotion happening, and really are doing a great job of building a little fitness community in Ashgrove West. Definitely highly recommend this place if you are looking for some good variety in your fitness routine and a boost in motivation and fitness.
A different work out each day, never a chance to get bored. Work at your own pace while still being pushed by qualified trainers. A great work out with maximum impact in a 45 mins.
Great setup! Love the energy of the place and the awesome workout you get with Kyra and her trainers. They who know what they are talking about!
