Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre reviews
66No photos were taken, but an amazing place. Really cool to see this run buy the people from the land/area around. I will be returning one day.
Very impressive and a good place for a stopover during the base walk. The small café in particular had a great atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Incredibly clean, lovely building, friendly and welcoming staff. Food was fresh and fast! Awesome to immerse ourselves in Aboriginal culture and stories.
Must see place to complete your Uluru-Ayres Rock experience.
Opens 7am and consists of an art gallery, resting area and a Cafe (which only opens at 10am!).
Photography is prohibited at most of the Uluru so please show respect and avoid clicking them!
Takes your breath away. It is one of the most beautiful sites I have seen. Beauty and spirituality. We fell in love with this place.
An amazing sights surround you but I felt it a little over priced and listening to others not the only one.
Uluru is amazing. Stunning place, we arrived in late September, was warm during rhe day & cool at night. Highly recommend doing a sunrise & sunset drive.
Great place to learn more about the history and culture of uluru and surrounding areas. Good little Cafe also for refreshments and light lunch after completing the walks or simply to enjoy the backdrop of Uluru.
Absolutely fantastic place, we learnt so so much. Picnic areas outside and toilets. Information boards, art and videos to watch. Definitely recommend the 11.30 talk/presentation! No photos as photography is not allowed, which I absolutely respect!
Love everything about this place except the souvenirs was so expensive. Would've love to buy from there but they were too much for my hip pocket
An interesting cultural centre, though I've seen better at other places in Australia. What it does have is some great facilities - plenty of shade for picnics and lunch, clean toilets, and some interesting arts and craft to browse and purchase (if it's your thing)
Very well appointed centre and we had a interesting talk from an indigenous lady great to see the engaging with tourists.

Many posts / reviews and the attached photos for Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa Cultural Centre are incorrect and irrelevant. They refer to Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa Reserve, NOT the Centre. I request that these should be removed in order not to mislead users and visitors.
The Cultural Centre is a building exhibiting, promoting and marketng the Aboriginal artistic works. Camera is not allowed to be taken in the centre, very likely for copyright reason. If lucky, visitors may see Aborigibal artists in action, sitting on the floor painting patiently dot after dot on the canvass.
There is a Cafe for a drink and snack. There are furniture in the open air, for those who enjoy the hot sun surrounded typical Australian some very hardy shrubs and bushes. The toilet block also blends in well with the natural landscape.
Really lovely place, great stories, well presented. Well done to all involved. Glad we went there first.
A modern cultural centre that I was absorbed into as I walked between exhibits. An hour and a half visit went very quickly and I learnt a great deal in the process.
The Cultural Centre opens doors everyday to visitors for an educational exploration of local indigenous history and culture. There is plenty of it with thousands of years and the claim of being Earth's oldest known anthropological discoveries.highly recommended along with daily guided walks to explore parts of Uluru.
The cafe there is excellent although at the moment there is a limited menu "due to covid".
There was much to see and experience, we needed more time! Such informative displays and films, an interesting layout and some unique offerings of crafts and gifts
Guide was a pleasant fellow. I did the short walk and my partner walked the circumference. Toilet, shade and water facilities at Uluru. Culture Centre is informative (limited hours due to Covid).
Art gallery has colourful artworks. Plenty of choice on the Cafe and souvenir shop.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
This is a must the indigenous ladies painting in the art gallery are friendly and love to show their work. Totally awesome centre so well done.
