Travelodge Resort Darwin reviews
64 Just love this place, the service is excellent.the staff were so nice and helpful. Central location, close to bus stop,
Wouldn't stay anywhere else
Excellent facilities in well appointed rooms. Good pool with a poolside bar. Very obliging and friendly staff.
Clean large rooms, very accessible to Darwin CBD. Woolworths Supermarket and bottle shop across the road. Close to restaurants and the biggest waterfront with restaurants, swimming Ares and wave ride.
Amazing service from Eric, all staff were lovely. Our townhouse was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you
Pool was warm, reception was nice, rooms looked bad from outside but once you got in they were quite nice
I was actually surprised how high the standard of this hotel was. Great location, cleaningness and amazing pool. All in very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Rooms were very clean, just the electricity kept dropping out. Cups didn't get cleaned. If you are booking this place, book it online or they would rob you blind at the counter. The staff didn't provide any useful information for traveling and "to do" options in the city. The pool bar had only bottled beer and a few overpriced drinks. All just minor details, but good to keep in mind. Otherwise had no major problem. I'd book again for a more reasonable price.
Fantastic hotel, rooms were modern and so centrally located, it was perfect. Had free parking on site too. Great clean and modern bathroom!
Pool was good too, spa wasnt working but maybe because of covid (check with the hotel if thats important). There is a pool bar as well.
We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was fairly priced.
Shout out to the reception staff, they were great to deal with.
Room was very nice but rest of hotel run down and lots of rubbish in gardens and around outside of hotel. Lots of drunk indigenous people staying at the hotel and making heaps of noise around midnight and staff did not do much to stop the disturbance. Also got verbally abused at breakfast by another drunk and staff did nothing. Would never stay here again.
Yes the rooms are a little outdated but I have never stayed anywhere where ALL the staff from the booking clerk, reception, kitchen, gardening and housekeeping treat you with real warmth and kindness. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thank you one and all for making a difficult time easier.
Completing two weeks mandatory quarantine here. Room is comfortable and clean and the staff are very polite and accommodating. Food is also very good barring the portion sizes (also make sure you specify no fried food, you'll get much better quality meals). 3 stars because the Wi-Fi is absolutely rubbish, which reception even admitted to on check-in.
It was a great visit been to Darwin three times and this was by far the best experience. If we plan to go back will stay here again and recommend to any of our friends who go. Rooms clean, pool nice, staff was amazing can't say enough good things about them they were eager to help in any situation. The front desk on any shift was the absolute dream team I wished every accommodation had this staff.
Not very cosy for holiday - OK for a stop but try not to stay too long if you are used to more luxurious place or better EU standards for the same price
I'd love staying here when coming into town for meetings and conferences very central location close to Woolworths great amenities. Great staff.
Poor service, facility is old and lack basic utility such as wifi
Rather not to choose that place ever
Shady camping spots, friendly and kind staff. It backs on to the Katherine Hot Springs so you can get in before the crowds. It has a shop and restaurant next to it and the pop up cafe a few metres down the path. Excellent
Very good and comfortable very helpful and resemble prices.
Close to shopping, casino, mindel markets.
Unfortunately I chose to stay here for a week. The room smells damp and there is mould in bathroom, house keeping were lovely. I will not stay here again as it is way over priced for the room.
Got a great package deal through Qantas website, room and continental buffet breakfast for under $100. Clean comfortable rooms, breakfast was good with hot breakfast upgrade option, nice pool area, friendly helpful staff.
We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our time here friendly welcome after red eye fight thankyou very comfortable bed, great shower quiet as so got a wonderful night sleep every night so so close to everything some reviews really bag this resort.i found it clean.but the cleaning staff really need to be more vigilant! ! And the gardens do need attention.and yes i would stay here next time we're in Darwin thankyou
