Perfect for short or long stays. Close to supermarket, chemists, restaurants, beach. 10 mins to waterfront and wharf.

Everything was ok until I got a call from reception one night saying someone could smell smoke coming from my room, I didn't know you could dobb in other guests. But if I did then the alarm would go off but itnever didn't, I think maybe because I m Black and also I never received my $100 deposit and it's been 3 weeks already, I rang once to find out but I won't harrass. As for my $100 you lot can shove it

Very well priced and presented hotel that is quite central to the city, across from Woolies.
Only 15 minutes from the airport and close to public transport if required

Great spot in the CBD. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Shower was perfect with large shower head. The bed was large and comfortable with a selection of different pillows to suit you. Food was okay and beer was cold.

Average hotel. Seems a little dated - but rooms are lovely and clean and comfy beds.

Pool area nice. Dinner by the pool option.
Breakfast slightly overpriced but good options.

UPDATED - reduced service stars as I didn't realise until my early morning shower there was no shampoo and they hadn't replaced floor mat.so had nothing to stand on I could live with this.but the unconcerned attitude of staff when I told them at check out was disappointing.

I come to Darwin frequently for professional development seminars conferences, meetings and the like. The accommodation is booked for me. I have no say. I am always rapt to stay at Travelodge Mirrambeena. I don’t drive and it is close to everything. The housekeeping department is fabulous as is Reception. Just this morning I met Danny formally. I had 100 things to do before I flew over here from my workplace. I arrived at 10 am ish and dared to ask if there was any chance of an early check in as My first appointment is at 2pm. The professionalism of this man under fire with a whole lot of other people to deal with was so gratifying. He made everything so easy. I could’ve been at one of the sleekest Singapore hotels. The weather was there and so was the service! Thankyou.

We enjoyed our stay here, but there just wasn't enough staff around, I understand, finding staff at the moment is hard. And your staff that we dealt with were amazing. Clearly some are doing 2/3 jobs for the 1 staff member.

We arrived mid afternoon, our room wasn't ready, which we understand as it was before 2.

Rest rooms near breakfast dining not restocked with soap or toilet paper.
Don't worry my son proudly told us in his "quite" voice he couldn't wipe his bum

We had a room that slept 3, we were given 2 towels daily. Yes we ask!

The good! It's out ways the little annoying parts

This place is perfect location, scooters always out the front ready for use. 2 main swimming pools 1 spa, 1 kiddie pool.
Very much a tropical feel, with the flowers and palm trees.

Breakfast, hats of to the 2 men that were in there, clearly under the pump, yet still rocked the customer service

All in all it was a great place to stay. And we appreciate you helping us Make memories ️

Do not recommend, would not stay here again and would have left early but I had already paid. There is construction right outside to give you a lovely 6am wake up call on weekdays. The gym is down for maintenance but they wont tell you that until you arrive. There is mould in the shower and bathroom ceiling.
There is no room service despite advertising it and you cannot call down to place an order at the restaurant even when it's not busy so your food will be ready when you get down - but you can order ubereats to reception, lol. The buffet breakfast is pretty basic - scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, various uncovered fruits with flies on - and not much left by 8.30am even though it finishes at 9.30am. Definitely not worth $24 or even the $20 if you book in advance.
The pool was good but there is a smoking area right next to it so the smell reaches the pool. Very disappointing all around to say the least. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your time in Darwin. Big regret!

Wow.me and my partner loved this place. The staff were friendly, especially in the pool area / bar. The pool was great and had a beautiful resort look. Breakfast was good as well. We will definitely be back.

Beware before booking - no consideration for COVID or unforeseen illness. Staff were dismissive, wouldn’t book again

Very very good and much better than anticipated. Ryan and Anish at the desk were so helpful and informative. Much appreciated help to put my SIM in my mobile. Breakfast good choices.
Excellent sized room, great shower, didn't use the pool as short of time.

The aircon was terrible, felt the unit was positioned wrong as it faced the hallway towards the door and not towards the beds, so no breeze in the heat to cool you- although it was not icy cold either and the room was never really cold. There were no cupboards/shelves, only a wardrobe so you can't unpack if staying for a few nights as no where to store clothes.
Pool food was very average
Had 2 pools one in full sun and the other completely cover by a shade cloth which was great for us fair skin people.

They charge 10 per day parking that you are not informed about until you have already checked in. Other then that my stay was fine here. The bathrooms in the room could have been cleaned better. Mold in shower walls. Staff were nice to talk to. Didnt eat at the restaurant they have or try the pool. Wifi was intermittent and pretty slow. Bed was comfortable

We just returned from our 2nd stay at Darwin Travellodge and we were pretty disappointed this time around, we paid $3000 for 10 nights and were given a room our the front of the complex, room 16, they said they were fully booked but im doubtful everyone else was staying 10 full nights as the complex wasn't busy, so you would think as we were staying so long we would of got a better room, last year we had a room near the pool and it was a lovely vibe, this time we were practically out on the street, so had the traffic noise and noise of the locals hanging around the supermarkets as well as buses coming in and out of the driveway and we didn't feel like part of the complex, the room itself needs a lot of TLC and a good clean, the bathroom window was very dirty, the shower looked clean from outside but once in looking out there is a lot of mould, the cleaners need to go into the shower to clean it, the tap leaks, the taps burn to touch them, there were dirty marks on the back of the bathroom door, the lamp shade is flaking off and just looks cheap and nasty, in 10 days housekeeping came in and made our beds and emptied bins but didn't once clean the shower or toilet
Only positive was the pool and reception area but sadly I wouldn't stay there again for the money we paid

Breakfast staff were not on the ball. Stayed there for a few days and same problems each day. Would be good to use trained staff before they get out onto the floor.

Main meal was burnt to a crisp!
Food service manager wasn't interested in
serving another palatable meal
until I stacked on a scene for other diners to overhear.
Replacement meal then took ages to appear.
Don't consider staying here if in Darwin

Had no problems with the Travelodge, service was good. Poolside bar and restaurant food was great. Nice and relaxing near the pool

Horribly dirty rooms! Rude customer service from almost all the staff…

Just wasn’t what we were expecting!

Darwin is a lovely place to visit and would definitely come back just not stay here.
