Savannah Bar & Restaurant (Knotts Crossing Resort)

The pool is good but the restaurant was very bad, the food quality is average and overpriced for what you get, they make you clean your room otherwise they will charge you for just leaving cups at the sink for

I'm not rating the restaurant, however the accommodation was absolutely disgusting, as service was pathetic and cleanliness Was non-existent.
Will never go there again.

We have been exceptionally pleased with our stay here at Knotts Crossing Resort. The lovely staff helped us in a stressful time and the resort is beautiful. There are two pools to choose from, and a gorgeous restaurant with delicious food.
The park is full of beautiful big trees and gardens which makes it lovely to sit outside and enjoy. The rooms are lovely, clean and tidy.
Next time we are in Katherine we will definitely be returning.

Staff were not helpfull and breakfast was disgusting soaking in grease. Better places to stay. Will never go back to this resort.

I hate to bag places so let’s start with the positives, as that’s easy. There aren’t too many!
Nice pool and the staff at the bar/restaurant seemed nice (I had to go in search of some wine glasses for the room)
My work is covering me to stay here but if I was paying I would have moved out after the first night!
The double bed is more like a king single in size but I had to move to one of the bunk beds anyway, as there was a spring jabbing me through the mattress.
A lot of stuff in the room is either tired, broken or missing. The place is in need of some serious upkeep.
To their credit they did swap the mattress out for a new one on day two which was much appreciated.
However, I’m sure there are better places in town to stay for the same money. Shop around!

Huge rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff at the bar and the restaurant, house keeping staff very helpful, decent menu, huge undercover parking lots, good size pool and spa
Carpets look bit dated but clean, only negative we found was the washing machine and the dryer we used were inefficient, but other than that quite happy and booked a night on our return trip too

Family room was clean and spacious. Bed made for us everyday. Great location. Nice pool and restaurant. Rooms have fans and Aircon. Bathroom had bath with shower above. Would recommend.

Great little place on the outskirts of Katherine in the Northern Territory. It has a bar and pool. A restaurant with h good food.

A lot to do around the area of you visit. Check it out. The team are lovely. Thanks guys.

Pretty good place in Katherine, speaking with locals they have mentioned we picked the best place in town!
The resort is clean & quiet, with a great pool and fantastic restaurant. The rooms are clean & we found out the locals come to the resort just to dine at the restaurant & i must say the food is fantastic. Great outdoor bar & dining area by the pool.
Next work trip i will stay here again!

Had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Great location and friendly staff. We got an early check in which was just perfect. Would stay again

Shower did not work in our room neither did the wifi or Netflix due to wifi.front of house didnt really seem to want to sort the problem with shower rill next day but WiFi was constantly dropping out.

Blanket rule - only place we stay in Katherine from now on. Clean rooms, pet friendly when requested, reasonable price and lovely staff (especially in the Savannah Bar & Restaurant - shout out to Hugo). A well deserved good reputation here!

Had a great stay, food in restaurant was in my likings 4 star. The rooms are a good size. They would look alot better if the 70s style bricks were painted. Overall staff and accommodation was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Basic accommodation on the outskirts of Katherine. The motel rooms could do with an upgrade. The cabins are nice but the bathrooms are not in the cabins, but beside them. The restaurant had a good selection of food options.

This place is extremely dated. Our cabin was filthy with mouldy sheets, the fan was covered in dust and I killed a cockroach in the morning. The staff in the restaurant did not listen well and there was an extremely drunk bloke that should have been cut off long before we got there for dinner. The staff did nothing about it, and there were many families with children there. Avoid.

The reception staff were not friendly and I felt like a burden to them. They had double booked me then sent me to another resort (owned by the same people apparently) with little instructions on how to find it. I was given a room which didn't have the amenities or requests I had booked originally for the same price.

Lovely setting and the restaurant was great and staff were friendly but hygiene standards were low in camping area shower/toilet blocks.staff cars driving around the park loaded with loose dirty linen piled in the back and on the roof of the cars, linen falling off the cars as they drove through the park.not a great way to manage infection control particularly in a pandemic.
The guy who emptied the rubbish, etc.was very friendly and helpful.

It's a lovely resort, with plenty of things to do in the surrounding towns. My only knock is the rooms were not clean. I observed hair on the floor and in the toilet, dirty sinks, and a mildew smell when entering the room. I believe the rate I paid for should have easily been $100 less.

Clean cabins, but outside toilets and bathrooms. Great swimming pool and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Three bbq's in this large park

Great spot. Cabins are basic but adequate. Great prices. Don't understand though no hot water in cabin. In separate stand alone bathroom. Odd.
