The place seemed nice enough, I can't say too much as I was only visiting a friend staying there, but he is based there for a while and seems content.

We didn't get the room we paid for (a cabin), if we had we would of being able to cook our own meals and that would of saved us a lot of money as dining options are limited in Katherine. Instead we got a very tired old motel room, with very noisy air conditioning and hair on the pillows. They tried to make out that they were doing us a favour with our room by saying it was an upgrade but in end cost us more as we had to dine out. In saying all of that food was good, my kangaroo salad was fresh and delicious, my partner had the curry and enjoyed that too. I wouldn't bother with the pizza as we ordered the peri peri chicken, it was doughy and just had a peri mayonnaise sauce squeezed over the top of it

Great location, nice staff. Room was clean and simple, which is all that was needed. Bed wasn't the best but would still stay here again.

One of the worse experience i ever had staying in a hotel like this. Paid $250 for a motel type room. Aircon was hardly working. No microwave, dirtiest kettle and nasty toilet. Didn’t worth even $50. Will not recommend this even to my worst enemy. Total waste of money.

Pretty disappointing… we had a cabin for two nights. Room was disgusting, dry spit on the blinds, grime over the walls, mould all over the aircon, bar fridge leaking… for the price they charge definitely do not recommend this venue!
Restaurant food was gross.
Although very helpful and friendly staff.
Place is not looked after.

We really enjoyed our 8 nights here. It was a great spot for the days we wanted to relax by the pool and for the days we headed out to the gorge, edith Falls and other places. Whilst the cabin was clean, the double bed, bar fridge and 2 burner electric cook top were a challenge. Savannah bar and restaurant were fantastic. Meals perfection and drinks icy cold. All staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and couldn't help us enough. Pools were nice and refreshing.

I have stayed here going on 6 years. 6 years ago I was impressed with how well knotts presented its self for a small town like Katherine. I returned last year and it was a busy time but the service defiantly wasn't as good. After returning this long weekend with the family I won't be coming back.
We paid for a motel room for our small family and even basic hygiene wasn't covered. Photos attached of mould on the walls. I hope knotts improves to the standard they once were.

Stayed one night, had a cabin. Good size with outhouse/bathroom to each cabin under lock n key. Quality linen and nice surrounds. Pool was great as was spa.
Only thing was the kettle boiled, and boiled and boiled. Referred reception that there’s some danger in that and took notice. Overall good place to stay

We stayed in the executive room and there was nothing executive about it. The deco is 80s/90s, the bathroom door was dirty and the pool brown ensuite has seen better days. Although the bed was comfortable and the bedding clean.
The best part of our stay was the restaurant, the staff were brilliant and meals excellent. A chief you should never let go?

Had dinner on a very busy Tuesday night. Staff were excellent and my food came really quickly. Recommend the beef cheeks BTW!

Positives. Great staff. Really good food during severe staff shortages. Negatives: very very dated. Executive rooms should have decent king size beds and not queen beds that sink in the middle. No lunch available Bar does no open until 4pm. Definitely needs an upgrade

Pet friendly cabins are available for an extra 20 dollars per night. Seems rough to pay extra for a pet when I can have an extra person for nothing.im travelling on Mt own and no discounts for one person.
Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable enough. I actually liked the separate toilet and shower. White bedding was hard to keep white given the colour of the earth here. I was constantly washing my feet.
The cleaners need to be given a better mop. The floor was really dirty when I first arrived. I spilled a bit of coffee.wiped it up and the paper towel was black with dirt. Restaurant is excellent.

Tried to book a room for our up coming holiday via their website only to find out that it was going to cost more than the highlighted price. We paid extra for free cancellation only to find that there is no such think as free cancellations so they basically STOLE! Our honeymoon money. Tired to contact them about it and got told first off that we didn't book through their website, It was through another popular website, then got told it was a popup ad not their website which it wasn't! Very poor service!

We have always stayed at knots crossing and have always been happy. However this time the Cabin was disgusting, looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous visitor. For $185 per night I expect to get a clean room with our own toilet and shower, not sharing. Won’t be staying there again. Not even worth 1 star

Little pricey but if you need a quiet break in a VERY well maintained park, this is it. Ensuites are included with caravan spots.

Make sure you say hi to Dougy in the far corner near 368, he's a lovely resident and seems quite lonely. He's lived in Katherine all his later years and give you good information and he would really appreciate the interaction.

He definitely misses a good chat! Please be kind, it goes a long way.

I struggle to know where to start as there were so many issues even before I arrived. I needed to cancel my reservation as I didn’t know if I would be able to make it given I am a truck driver and was caught behind floods. I spoke with the resort about canceling free of charge who put all responsibilities back on to booking.com and told me they’re hands were tied and it was up to me to try and resolve it with booking.com. I spoke with booking.com straight after speaking with the resort and was informed that the resort has the final say, booking.com contacted the resort and tried their best to resolve the issue but again the resort denied the request. I was left to pay the full cost of staying if I cancelled.thankfully roads opened and I managed to make it.the person I spoke to at the resort told me that it’s a common issue they have, so it leaves me wondering how many other people have been stung.the actual stay. I got a cabin which was rundown with a lot of wear and tear.the bathroom is separate from the cabin and you have to leave it and walk in dirt to get to it.the bed was full of springs and in the morning the curtains did little to block the sun light pouring in.the tiles in the shower where you stand were cracked, chipped and had large chunks missing.staff were overall matter a factly and I had to request a copy of the paper work I had to sign.my over all experience with Knotts Crossing Resort was one of if not the worst I have had to deal with.if you’re looking for a rustic, run down caravan park stay with an out house then you’ve found it.
