Katherine Holiday Park reviews
75We had a beautiful bit site, very leafy and green. If you like peace and quiet ask to stay away from the bistro/pool area as they play music till about 9pm, but it's not obnoxiously loud. We extended our stay twice!
What a great week at this wonderful park.amenities and pool are of the top standards. One of the staff members Alan that works around the grounds reminds me of a social butterfly ready to assist all visitors with any queries or questions we found him very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and places to visit.thanks to Alan and all staff for a great relaxing week. Hoping to return soon.
What a hidden gem. This park is huge Green, the lawns are mowed. The amenties clean and the pool is fabulous. Especially when the temperature is 38 degrees. Would recommend anyone to stay.
A little river near the entrance of this park with flowing water at the moment. But crocs could be in there, so no swimming. But you can get some great photos.
Breeze Caravan Park Kathryn
We had a fantastic stay here in a Glamping tent. From the super warm reception through to the quality of the tent (air-conditioned) through to the facilities, I was very impressed with this location. The grounds are well maintained, the caravan spots are large, and the amenities blocks are top class. It was also generously sprinkled with barbecue areas.
There was also a big pool but it could probably do with a few extra lazy chairs.
There’s also a very big laundry area and it only cost four dollars for a load.
I was floored by the reception when I checked in. The staff member that served me had the biggest smile and made me feel so welcome upon arrival. I even had to change my booking from two nights to one night and she said that although they can’t give me a cash refund they could give me a credit or I could spend that credit in store. The credit was good for all Breeze caravan parks. I decided just to buy some wine instead. Although I didn’t get a cash refund it was as good as cash and I appreciated the flexibility.
The park is about six minutes from the centre of town. This is a good thing because it is very quiet and feels very secure. Katherine can be known for its late night early-morning noise and it can be unsettling if you’re staying in the city. But no such problems here.
It’s also very close to the Katherine Springs. Although you can walk to them, it’s Better to drive if you’re going in the middle of the day.
Staff friendly, facilities clean. Not a lot of grass where you park your caravan, but they're working on it. There is a Pool and a few BBQ's to use. Nice surroundings, even some Kangaroos/Wallabies in the front grassy areas in the afternoon. They cater for camping, glamping (they have 2 glamping tents that I saw) and caravaning.
The best park around, spotless facilities very friendly staff, have been coming 10 years and wouldn't stay elsewhere.
Grounds are beautiful and so well kept.
I do wishJulie & Geoff and all the family that looked after this beautiful park all the very best
We have enjoyed 14 years coming there and they will be sadly missed

Great place to stay. Management very friendly. Facilities clean and tidy. We're definitely coming back
Great park, the amenities are second to none, very clean and fresh.
The staff are lovely and friendly.
Beautiful surroundings and loads or trees and all grass.
I recommend this park as it’s the best we have stayed at so far.
Price for unpowered very steep $45 per night on some dirt, but everything else is sweet facilities and pool make up for it
Wonderful shady park with huge swimming pool. Super friendly office and maintenance staff. They treat their customers like a Melbourne cup favourite. As good as any park i have stayed in.
We only wanted a site to rest the night so didn't really experience what was available. We were parked on a dirt sites and thought it was a bit expensive for a bit of power.
Absolutely brilliant great park staff and amenities 1st rate would highly recommend. Mike and Bev Smith
We have been on the road for 4.5 months and this is up there with one of the best caravan parks we have stayed at. The toilets/showers are amazing, the pool is amazing and the staff at the front desk are lovely. Definitely will be staying here again!
Very nice, have an archiles problem needed extra days to see physio lady in office worked at for 10 minutes shifting site's around, she did a great job I got to see physio
Not shady sites, not walking distance to the hot springs, rude owners, not enough washing machines or lines. Pool cold. Not sure how the reviews are good here? Big4 much better position and price.
Long walk to showers with tree roots sticking out of the unlit grass.
Short walk to the springs.
Clean ablutions.
2 stays here recently and found it a great place to stop. Spacious grounds, grassy sites, very tidy amenities and no problem cleaning the car and van on site!
Really good park. Lovely grassy site. Great owner and staff working hard to keep the park up to scratch. Bistro and pool both excellent.
Beautiful place to stay so clean and new we were in the unpowered site we thought at $48 per night was expensive stayed 6 nights but moved to other park more reasonably priced at $28 per night powered. Had dinner at Big Fig restaurant excellent meal great service.
Pool was huge beautiful and refreshing.
Lovely place to stay, toilet and showers seem to all be over on one side, would try to camp closer had we realised.
Pool very refreshing with hotsprings around the corner.
