Check in great and room excellent, but staff at Bar and restaurant really slack. Three times had to ask for something that was never delivered.

Lovely appointed rooms with friendly staff and prompt service.

Pool was a much needed break from the heat. Could do with a few more pool noodles

Rooms are very run down. Wall paper is peeling off the wall. Hallway smells like cleaning supplies covering up stale smoke. As a Hilton honors gold member I was not given the upgrade even tho there was plenty of availability. Breakfast was mediocre and there was hair in the food both days

A little dated but the hotel is kept pretty clean and well maintained.

Went here for a meeting and the room booked was used for cleaning staff to congregate as well which made it difficult to hear what was being said.

Seemed a little unprofessional, but I didn't book the place so I can't say what was offered.

Nicely appointed large room with king bed, great shower. Friendly staff and service, nice food. Well positioned at top end of town. Had a small problem with the room when we checked in, they promptly moved us to adjacent room and gave us some free drinks. Happy to recommend, and would stay there again if back in town.

Good service but the hotel is overpriced; rooms and common areas are quite dated. No Bluetooth speakers in rooms and fan in bathrooms don't work very well.

The hotel is great but my room was NOT cleaned enough, especially the bathroom, other than that the hotel is great.

Probably one of the better hotels in Darwin. But the furnishing, decor, amenities are a little dated. Rooms definitely need renovation - not quite the same standards as one would expect of a Hilton in other locations. Has a couple of decent restaurants for breakfast and a bite to eat. Front desk staff is not too helpful though, seems to lack training/

Good location, very close to city centre, clean great swimming pool
(the only reason i gave 2 stars).
We stayed for 4 nights in this so called 5 stars hotel.
$350/night without breakfast from hilton website
there was better deal from partnered website somehow.
No bathtub except King Suite, we stayed in King Executive.apart from other visitors commented about old furniture, not soundproof = could hear people walk around, close or open next door from our room, also bed, blanket / doona and pillows were definitely not up to 5 stars hotel.pillows are too soft maybe that's why they gave us 2 pillows/person.
We checked into hotel and aware that one glass is missing in the bathroom.
On 2nd day - until the day we checked out- morning cleaners done our room, we went back to room late and only realise none of them manage to locate missing glass (ok fine, not a big deal).
On 3rd day morning (29/07/2019), cleaning service cleaned the room when I was in the room, after she left the bathroom smelled really bad. Different cleaning ladies came next day to spray freshener in bathroom but couldn't get rid of smell, smell stayed until we checked out.
We chose overnight dry clean (pay service) & got free steam service for suit & trousers just because they couldn't make it on time.
Not up to standard of 5 stars hotel, with 5 stars price.

A typical Hilton, good service, expensive parking, friendly service, good breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice room although noisy at times from the corridor. Lacking creativity in the executive lounge, especially when compared to other brands who charge $300 a night.

Great location. Nice hotel near Mitchell street entertainment and restaurants. Walking distance to Stokes Hill Wharf. Though hotel looks a bit tired but good sized rooms and comfortable beds.
Friendly and helpful staff

If you are a NT local (NT driver license required to verify), don't miss their beautiful breakfast buffet from 6 AM to 10 AM for just below $ 20. It's very beautiful and great choice of everything!

Warm and very accommodating staff willing to help at all hours of the day and night. Room immaculately clean. The cleaning staff were so kind when I ask for some extra shampoo bottles (which I gift my niece after my travels).
Large relatively modern gym with free weights and a several tread mills, elliptical walkers etc.

The Hilton Darwin I personally have not stayed here yet but I have read the reviews and seen the photos of the rooms I have a friend who stayed here recently and enjoyed her stay the hotel is close to the night life and not far from the water park roomy rooms and the usual prices for a hotel that's convenient and close to the city centre the paid parking is 30 to 35 dollar's a day witch can add up if you are on a tight budget and there are a lot of hotels that don't charge for parking but it is convenient and close to Darwin and Crocasorous cove and doctors gully were the fish feeding is and not far from the centertarf and park land I will go and stay at the Hilton soon and will be able to give you a more information on this hotel so if you need some were central to town to stay give them a go let me know how your stay went cheers Billy.

Please do something about the quality and standard of the pillows in the room. Such a small detail which had a significant impact on ones stay.

Nice hotel near Mitchell street entertainment and restaurants. Walking distance to Stokes Hill Wharf. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds but daily cleaning could be more consistent. Didn't eat on site, but had room service and servings were generous.
Very professional front office staff.
Highly recommend.

Staff were exceptional. But the air freshener in the lobby was overwhelming. And Hilton should provide free WiFi when most discount hotels do. Room was lovely and very well located in Darwin.

My bathroom bag which I left in the bathroom “was not found”. In addition, it took three days for them to get back to me to relay this information.

Staff at Hilton Darwin hotel were very nice and accommodating. Special thanks to Thomas at the Concierge/Reception area for being always very nice and helpful. Rooms overlooking the waterfront are definitely better and one thing I definitely did not like about the hotel is the frosted glass door to the bathroom. I mean, if you're staying in the room with someone, you'll have very little privacy inside the bathroom if the lights are on. It's a sliding door. We had to change the room because the first room was not cleaned well from the previous guests, however the second room was fine. I would stay here again, the location is great and they also have valet parking for $35 a day.
As much as I wanted to give it 5 star rating, at the check out we find out that all credit card transactions are subject to 1.5% surcharge. Now, this is first time ever that a hotel would have a surcharge on credit cards. Is there a point having a credit card anymore or should I look next time for a hotel that doesn't have a surcharge. Did not expect this from Hilton.
