Hidden Valley Holiday Park

A quiet family friendly centrally located park. We stayed in a cabin, very clean well set out, loved the tropical surrounds as we sat on our front deck each morning and evening.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to check in on the first day as planned and turned up on X-mas day to do so. Unfortunately there was no one at the desk during the 2pm-3pm times that they request you turn up. There was also no information on the window explaining this lack of attendance or anything concerning a possible change during the holiday season. I managed to stay with a friend and tried again on the third day to book in, this time by phoning first. Not only was there no answer despite ringing several times, they also failed to return my call. Would recommend avoiding this place altogether, especially if like me you prefer to prepay for your accommodation.

AMAZING! The staff were absolutely lovely and so accommodating, the park was clean, beautiful, and food was lovely. We wouldnt hesistate to come back again when we are in Darwin next!

Speedway racing track within 1.5km Very noisey some nights. One BBQ dysfunctional other ok. Would be nice if staff smiled every now and then. Otherwise great close to airport and Darwin central

Very friendly staff. Clean & tidy campground with good amenities. Nice pool. A little dusty, like everywhere in the dry. At the higher end of the price range but facilities are worth it.

Good stay, freindly everything you need is there just have shortage of washing and drying machines for the amount of people needing to use them waited 2hrs for our turn to wash and if you leave you loose your spot

Such helpful staff stored our van for 10 days and also put our food into there own fridge until we returned. Clean and tidy camping area. Pool was well maintained

Nicely kept grounds and amenities. Great for vans but not so good for those in campers. Our site was sloped and we were charged for power even though our camper doesn't run on 240v.

Not many trees for shade, park spots small and a bit crowded, I think maintenance for the amenities would be great.

Great shady park, with great amenities, definitely worth getting the private ensuite. Pool was great, nice and clean.

Beautiful park. Came for 2 days but stayed extra time. Clean and modern. Staff are professional and friendly. Would love to stay here again.

Beware when booking with this accomodation provider. It lacks secure parking and has backpacker accomodation, when saying they provide better. No refund given when requested.

Asked for a quiet spot and was put right next to camp kitchen! Upon arrival, map was a bit unclear and the staff member patronising as if I was stupid! Lastly my power wasn’t working, everything in my fridge spoilt and the response was “we didn’t know” and was offered no discount. VERY disappointed with the management of this place.

What a joke of s place. Booked a powered site well in advance and then when we get there no site available. They tried to shove us on a piece of grass that wasn’t a site and was between the road way and pool fence. Best part was they still wanted to charge us the full rate. Would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Loved it, staff are so helpful. We stayed on ensuite site, ensure you book this if you prefer. As a normal sites are to far from amenities as there is only one block for the park. But besides that it was great.

Most of the staff is super friendly. Camp spots are unfortunately very small and squezzy. Facilities are good and people very friendly. Just don't lose your boom gate card - you can be charged 100 aud. Luckily found it again.

We had a lovely stay at Hidden Valley! The RAAF planes carrying out their practice exercises added to the ambience of a city with a close connection with WWII, so the noise did not bother us at all. The park was very clean and tidy, had lots of grass and trees, and great facilities. Just one thing: get the 4th washing machine fixed!

Nice park and staff. Have a massive problem with grass mites. Not doing enough to control the issue. Construction work next door does not help

The pool needs professional health care treatment.

Impressed with the pandanas lodge units. Quite new and comfortable. Was noisy with inconsiderate patrons after 10pm until midnight was the only drawback.

Money hungry, had to pay a daily dog bond when I asked if the dog could use the amenities got a filthy look the dog never broke the rules but didn’t get my dog bond back
