Cleanliness of the room was poor.had 2 old soaps left in the shower. Fan in bathroom did not work and flashing around the top of bathroom was falling off. Seen a sign after arrival that there was no house keeping for our stay. This info would have been nice when we made the booking.on the plus side Good location

Not so good 3rd day into our 7 night stay, firstly our toilet bowl looked like it had just been used, bed was not made even though we requested it again at 3.45pm, there is no utilities to wash cups or glasses and finally walked into the bathroom to find this set up.

Booked a 3 day stay with my partner and the room wasn’t serviced the whole time. Bins were full and no new towels or sheets or milk! Don’t bother staying there. Bad reviews get a computer response anyway. They don’t care about guests. Plenty of better hotels in Darwin.

Place was great, room was a little dirty, service was really good at reception. Would stay again.

Good prices for a lovely, simple but spacious room. Fantastic location in the middle of the CBD on smith street. Woolworths, liquor shop, restaurants and everything else you need are within easy walking distance. I didn’t test out the amenities provided but I know they have a pool and cafe at the hotel. There is only one receptionist so things could be a little slow in that department, but they were friendly and helpful. They have free parking with is handy!

Great place to stay. Pity the restaurant isnt open otherwise I would have given 5 stars. It would have been nice to know before I booked that this was the case. Anyway, great location just a very short stroll to the famous Shenanagans Pub.

SAVE YOU MONEY and go else where. Worst communication and help from staff. 3 weeks on and I am still waiting for my bond refund (promised 5 business days). No email reply no call back as promised.always passing the buck and sending me off to another staff member.

Average customer service. Decent enough rooms. Room service dis not clean every day. Restuarant was closed and no breakfast served. Not very helpful advice to find alternatives

Comfortable and modern room, soft and plush King size bed, and reception staff member Syd was very kind in personally helping sort out a room hygiene issue. On the down side, the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff (Covid related) so we weren't able to have dinner or breakfast locally, but there were plenty of other options nearby within walking distance. Good value for money. Definitely recommend.

Booked a week out for our stay of 7 nights. Wasn’t until we arrived that they told us they couldn’t give us the room due to maintenance issues. Then they tried to put us in their outdated property at the “Frontier Hotel Darwin”. (Pictures of this place are not pleasing and not comparable to other nice hotels)

This led to us scrambling last minute to find an affordable place that was comfortable to stay in. I suppose “reservations” don’t mean anything anymore with this business. The least they could’ve done was called us instead of making us waste our time.

Room is small and aircon is not cold, had an issue with a faulty kettle that tripped the circuit breaker and shut off the tv, when I asked management to rectify the issue a new kettle was given but the tv and kettle where still not working. I had to ask staff at counter for hot water to have a coffee when I asked If they could get the TV to work I was told no alternative rooms were available. VERY Poor service

Amazing guest experience - thanks Nick night manager for helping me out. Went out of his way to find me a phone charger when mine died and delivered to my room. Very attentive receptionist too (didn't get his name) but he knew I had to get stuff out of the storage before reception opens the next day and sorted me out. Cheers everyone (:

While rooms are large, the facilities are very sparse, Air con very noisy and fridge has no freezer section to prepare food for travelling. No laundry facilities on site. No plate, knife or fork to be able to prepare a simple meal. Staff are busy but helpful.

The hotel could implement the continental breafast being the chooise very poor
They offered us a camera next to the elevator while in booking is asked a silent room.
The first room was even for disable people.
So if one is coming are we occupying his right to have facilities?

Hotel very central location in between Mitchell and Cavenagh st. Great value for money when breakfast is included. Close to bars and restaurants in Mitchell Street.
My room 213 was clean and modern. Unfortunately couldn’t close the shower door, so water would leak all over the floor making it slippery.
Easy for tour day trips as they pick you up from the hotel. Had a wonderful holiday. Hotel has a pool to cool down at the end of the day.

The only positive thing of the hotel was the location. I always referred on reviews when I make bookings but this time around I learnt that I don’t have to trust them anymore! Hotel was dirty, basic breakfast included (it’s not mentioned anywhere that you have to pay extra for a barista coffe or for a big breakfast (eggs, bacon etc etc), pool is not looked After properly; housekeeping wasn’t available on Christmas Day and we found out about it the same day; at least they should have advised us upon our arrival. We stayed 5 nights and I think our carpet was never vacuumed. I will stop but trust me, there are thousands things to list still.

I won’t be back for sure!

Nice, clean, right in the centre, close to everything. With the price I thought it was a budget choice, however it is way beyond my expectations

Very well located, great prices, clean and nice rooms. Pool and breakfast 5/5. Late check in available, super recommended to explore the city.
