G'day Mate Tourist Park

Possibly the cleanest friendliest camp ground we visited on our trip. Top tip the brewey next door makes great beer, has a God gi selection and the food is great

We turned up very last minute before reception closed but were still warmly welcomed. There is beautiful lawn to set up camp and a great pool and camp kitchen.

We had blown a tyre the day of arrival which left no spare to carry on with our journey. With new years day holiday we would have lost 3 days in Alice Springs but luckily for us Bill had one spare tyre and rim to fit my Ranger.

One of the best caravan parks we have ever stayed at, mainly due to the incredibly helpful and friendly owners and staff, thank you Linda and Bill. They were always sympathetic with all our car woes, and helped us find a repairer at a busy time. The cabin where we stayed in July was very nice and the outside ensuite very clean. Laundry is well set up and nice pool. When we needed a place to stay when we returned in September, Linda managed to fit us in at short notice. Talk about going the extra mile! To top it off, there is a micro-brewery next door, how good is that.

Stayed at G'day Mate Tourist Park a few weeks ago. A lovely, quiet park. Very clean and well maintained. Bill and Linda were friendly and helpful. We extended our stay there it was so nice.

It was a great caravan park, right next door to Alice Springs Brewery. The photos on website didn't do justice and it was better than I expected. The best thing was that a staff drove a buggy to take us to our spot! So many times we found it hard to find the allocated spot in a camping/caravan park that we really appreciated it! No wonder why they were so packed.

Comfortable, as a pair of slippers. Clean cheery people and pleasant staff. JUST LIKE FAMILY. LOVED IT.

Lots of space, clean amenities, friendly staff, clean pool, next door to Alice Brewing Company, well worth it a stay

I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, and I try to make the most of a bad situation but in this case, when I booked and was offered a gravel site, which sounded OK in “the palms” section, because the park was heavily booked, I thought that didn’t sound too bad. The staff were lovely when we arrived and we were escorted to our site and that is where the positive experience ended. We were jammed in so closely, we couldn’t have gotten our awning out and were almost sitting on top of our car. We were placed opposite a large green fence with razor wire on top and fellow campers were jammed up length-wise against the fence for the night. If anyone had been opposite us, we would have been unable to easily hitch up and swing out to leave.
No nearby bins, no waste water drain and a fair hike to the amenities block. To cap it off, our neighbours were robbed during the night. Not our best camping experience, I’m afraid.

Great little park about 5ks out of town. Sites are a bit tight but they guide you in. Amenities really clean, showers great. Owners very friendly and feels safe here. Would definitely come again.

This is a great park, this is our third time staying here, great facilities and found the staff very helpful and cooperative about the length of our stay when we weren't sure how long we could stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Alice Springs.

Great pool to cool off in after we have been out for the day. Grass and trees to provide shade. Nice and quiet. Had great burgers at the brewery/bar next door. Got an escort to our site with a buggy and staff have all been lovely.

What a well maintained park. Green grassy sites spotless ablutions and friendly staff. Would definately stay again

Okay, ablutions nice and clean, a bit cramped and our site wasn't ideal - lots of passing traffic. Think they should rethink their no pets policy.

Brewery next door is worth a look, was very busy when we went.
