G'day Mate Tourist Park reviews
56Great caravan park so friendly. 5 mins drive to town. Amenities spotless and modern. Nice cool swimming pool.
Very nice welcome, perfect introduction and campsite assignment under trees and on a beautiful meadow. Everything was very clean and well maintained, cozy pool. The most beautiful campsite so far!
Stayed for 5 nights in a cabin and it was very clean and tidy, only negative is that the TV was way too small. Linda and Bill are very good owners, they keep the park looking good and are friendly and also happy Would recommend this clean, tidy park if you are looking for a good quiet place to stay. We will be back.
Very friendly operator, sanitary clean, pitches large, $42 per night with electricity is top
Awesome friendLyn staff, very helpful, great caravan park. Was recommended by a couple we met and we are equally happy with our stay here. We felt safe, amenities were very clean. Next door is a distillery, 8 we had pizzas one night and they too were very good.
What more could you want.
Lovely quiet park and we felt very safe. Spacious sites clean amenities and staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful place to stay. Lovely staff. Quiet area. Safe feeling. Clean and well maintained amenities. Large site for our set up. Easy access into town or out to sights. Has a pool.
Nice, clean and tidy van park. Facilities are spot on. Water piping hot in the showers and the Team are super friendly and accommodating.
Thanks to G'day Mate Tourist Park for a great stay. We were in an ensuite powered site and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. They were even able to put us onto a good mechanic who was able to fix a small mechanical issue that day. The park is clean and tidy and we had no complaints. Despite safety warnings regarding Alice Springs, we felt that this park's location was good and they had strong security measures to help guests enjoy their stay.
I have stayed here quite a few times over the years in both cabins and camping. The facilities are clean and staff are great. It is one of the more expensive parks I have stayed at in the NT but the well maintained grass and shady trees make up for it.
Excellent Caravan Park, great hosts cannot do enough for you. Amenities are exceptional clean. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to everyone
Absolutely lovely place to stay.will remain on my preferred spot for Alice Springs.great hosts, local knowledge is fabulous. Clean amending, great little kitchen area. Couldn't ask for more in a caravan/ camping park. Loved it!
This park is nice. The facilities are clean and there are lots of grasses sites. The main negative is that the sites are quite close together. The management team is very friendly.
Great park very busy and the palms overflow area needs a bit of work as all waste water ends up on the ground and can get quite smelly
One of the best caravan parks we have ever stayed at! Really well maintained, amenities sparkling clean, and a great laundry and camp kitchen. And not to forget the extremely friendly staff and owner Linda. Our holiday plans changed at the last minute and we needed accommodation over the Finke Desert weekend (where it was impossible to find anywhere in Alice Springs to get accomodation). And even though G’Day Parks was also fully booked, Linda did not hesitate to find a place for us to camp for a few nights. Thank you so much Linda. Highly recommend G’day Parks Alice Springs. You will not be disappointed!

Had a cabin which was spacious and had cooking utensils so I could make my own meals.
Great laundry facilities as well.
The gated Park also makes you feel safe.
Definitely not as good with new owners/management.
EDIT after reply from the owners. No power in our room ️
Enjoyed our 3 night @ G’day Mate Tourist Park……
Amenities and ground super neat and clean, well done to the team.
Pool is nice and refreshing…….
My wife and I are from South Africa visiting our children and grandchildren in Melbourne. We took a trip to Uluru and included Alice Springs as our turn-around point.
What a beautiful park we stayed in at Gday. What an amazing experience from making first contact via e-mail from South Africa, to meeting the friendliest staff at the park. We booked a luxury stand with private bathroom. The park in its totality is well maintained and it was a privilege for us to have stayed here. Thank you for your brilliant service to all camping enthusiasts.
You guys rock. Keep it up. Until the next time.
Love, Pieter and Monika Fourie.
It was an Ok place to stay reasonably sheltered with trees near a fence line
Was put out in the gravelled section
Because our caravan is 9.5metre long
Maybe could have had a grassed area
There was lots of caravans coming and going in that area
Toilets clean and tidy
Various birds greeted us on arrival
