Lovely clean casino, great choice of machines to play, wheelchair friendly in all areas, very impressed as I was assisting a young lady in a wheelchair, was great to see

Tidy place, nice staff and good swimming pool. Very handy it is part of the casino next door for food and drinks. Breakfast is good also.

It took forever to get our room over an hour past check in time even though we where early, then when we checked in the room was dirty floors not vacuumed poo smear on the wall near the toilet and don’t think the sheets were changed after the last guest

The ensuite had not been cleaned with stagnant water in the sink and excrement in the toilet. Upon complaining to reception I was told that the cleaners had gone home and therefore nothing could be done.very poor and I told them so. As a post note I next had security visit my room questioning whey I had complained.unbelievable!

Had a dinner for 4 at Juicy Rump restaurant, at closing time we got kindly asked to move to the gambling area due to the closure of the restaurant, fair enough. Once we moved there our friend got yelled in front of all the other patrons with plenty of "F words" by one of the security staff as she tried to walk back to the restaurant toilet. We all got shocked about the behavior and decided to walk out.

We were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of accommodation after staying in some of the other outback accommodation.
The room had a comfortable bed with a good bathroom. There is only tea making facilities as the hotel has their own restaurant.
The hotel has an excellent swimming pool.
Great place to stay while in Alice Springs.
We enjoyed our stay.

As a returning local I will only stay either here or the hotel next door. The refurbished rooms are definitely a breath of fresh air to the hotel but they could really use a reno on the hotel hospitality.

Best pool in Alice.

Great rooms, comfy bed and lovely housekeeping staff. Poor food options which let the overall rating down. Great pool, easy access to town and chilled out atmosphere.

Not a good experience.after enquiry to staff re money stolen, they said that they would ring me the next day. 3 weeks later and I'm giving up hope of any phone call.

Dated room, poor wifi, not clean room, and rates do not match the expectations. When you pay $330 per night, and tout high quality, I’m sorry, but am expecting more. Try the Hilton next time.

This place in the past I have praised. Sadly hotels in Australia have taken the advantage of lowering their standards and upping their prices. They also make covid an excuse to reduce their standards. Crown Plaza in Alice has joined and taken advantage of being down right greedy in price and shabby in service. The pool has dirty filthy loungers, tiles all cracked and falling off around and in the pool. I could actually write a list a mile long of how badly the rooms, resturants, and service areas are as far as cleaning and servicing customers. We stayed two nights at $133 which we have stayed over the years for cheaper with better service. We asked to stay an extra night for the same price. We were turned down even though with covid the place was empty. So why not swop hotels for better service and a cheaper night. So we did. Sorry Crown Plaza we come into town from the outback frequently and if only you checked your data and questioned why we aren't staying any more. Honestly? Yes we still come in often from the outback, sadly you have made us change to a cheaper and more accommodating hotel. So good luck to your future.

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay here. Stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 seperate nights. Found that both beds were different in firmness.

If you decide to do laundry, use the laundry near block 2, as you don't need to pay for the dryers lol

Enjoyed our stay there. Great buffet breakfast. Open carpark so your car will get hot. Nice rooms, quiet. Not really walking distance to the town centre. The Todd River pathway, cycle track right across the road. My only complaint, in the apartment's kitchen the overhead cupboards stuck out further than the counter bench tops; when your 180cm tall it was very easy to bump your head.

Nice rooms. Lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Has pool and gym. Very nice. Nice views of the mc donald ranges and golf course.

Good facilities and rooms but service was disappointing. I booked using a reliable engine I’d used before (which was fine for the other 2 hotels I booked in Alice) and they charged me a second time. When the menu at the Tali restaurant had the wrong prices and charged us higher than listed it solidified my speculation in their lack of customer care.

Garden salad consisted of mixed lettuce leaves and 2 slivers of onion, and I think there was one sliver of tomato so small but something red was in there.mushroom Gravy served in place of mushroom sauce on the scotch fillet. Waitress did not know what a Canadian and dry was. Overall meal very poor and service non existent.

This is the 4 star hotel I don't believe. The room was so dirty and reception he's not helpful. We made a reservation for the mount view, but they gave us a room with a view of the building and we had to go back to the reception to change it. The staff disappeared after showing us another room, and we moved our luggage and looked at the new room, which was very dirty and disappointed as you can see in the picture. A few minutes after I called and asked, the staff came and showed us another room, and we were already very upset that we had no desire to stay at this hotel. We canceled our reservation and moved to the Hilton Hotel next to it. I should have made a reservation here earlier. Hilton Hotel is better. This place was recognized as an old and dirty hotel.

Stayed here for one night but upon check in it was clear the room was not cleaned properly.
In the fridge there was a mini milk already opened and nearly empty.
There were sticky/stained surfaces on cupboards and chairs.
The shampoo bottle was dirty and half used.
This is extremely unacceptable especially during covid.
Rooms are average and also quite dated.

How can this be a 4 star hotel? I’ve stayed in hotels much better than this that are 4 star.

The rooms are modern and renovated. However the hotel loses points for cleanliness (which is essential during this time).

Not a bad place to stay. But is let down by inadequate staffing at every turn whether it be at the front desk or the restaurants. But a pleasant enough stay. Getting a bit tired! Rooms are a reasonable size.
