Excellent large rooms, great shower rooms. Hotel restaurant is good, service for food at the casino is terrible.

Excellent pool, casino on site, buffet breakfast. Bus to the shopping precinct available free for guests! A great gym on site as well. Fast free wifi and foxtel. Clean spacious rooms with beautiful views. Outstanding overall.

Great hotel, pool and staff. Food not the best. Within walking distance of the town. Would I stay here again, yes.

Alice Springs is an isolated place as is this hotel. Rooms were comfortable stop on our way to Ayers Rock

Taken extra money out of our account over $300 and giving us a hard time over getting it back. Bad communication on their part as we emailed them a screen shot of bank statement as they requested and they didn't respond after a few days so we called them and they said they would follow up with the manager and after a few more days we realised they have done nothing with our problem. Very disappointed with their customer service. Need better staff that communicate with customers better and don't make mistakes with payments that put people behind with their finances. Will never go here again.

Hotel facilities & breakfast were good. BUT…. Had to change room as the first one we were given had a sink which just emptied onto the floor & the shower smelled awful. The impression we got was that this issue was known about, so why give this room to any guests? !
Also, we were given no warning about the issues in the town centre, even though a curfew had been in operation the previous weekend, so maybe guest safety needs to be considered?

Nice place to stay, very close to town centre. The casino is inside the campus too with couple of restaurants (Tali and Juicy Rump), a nice pool and ample parking space. The rooms are spacious and clean and tidy, though they don't have kitchen equipment so keep in mind if booking for that. Book in advance to avoid high prices. You can also take the complimentary bicycles to ride for upto 2 hours.

The Casino now charge a 10% surcharge for all card transactions on weekends. This includes debit, and eftpos cards, not just credit cards. Its 2022 its utter rubbish. The New owners have implemented high card surcharges and extra charges for using cards across all the business they have bought up in Alice and Central Aus thus giving them a monopoly and charging locals exorbitant prices! Be prepared for hidden and last minute add on fees and charges this new company is charging on everything.

Unfortunately it was cold and wet when we visited, so we weren't able to experience the pool, etc outside.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Our included breakfast was served in the Tali restaurant and consisted of a full hot and cold buffet together with cooked to order omelettes.
Overall a nice place to stop.

Excellent facilities, smooth check in, great staff particularly AJ at reception. Plenty of seating, shade and loungers at the pool. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, powerful shower. 10/10

Great location for this trip as it was just beside conference venue.
Room was not as well made (bed was a bit untidy).
Room was not ready when we arrived (we arrive earlier than check in time).
I was promised a room upgrade upon check in because of Platinum Elite Status but this was not honoured when I came back later to check in. Rather disappointing. No other benefit was offered.

Everything was fine until the end at check out. The receptionists were clearly confused and ending up charging my credit card twice for my stay. They did not even acknowledge their mistake and tried to give me a fluffy excuse for why they did it. Even though the second transaction will be refunded pending my bank's turn around time, it is a very significant sum of money ($$$$) thus impacting the ability for me to use this card for the rest of my visit to the NT. I am incredibly unhappy that this hotel has not trained their staff better.

Good stay. Never got our $50 Bond back and we kept it in the same condition
as when we arrived. Not happy.

Was really good as a very last minute overnight stay and staff were really helpful. Good basic facilities and very good for families with children. Which I wasn't.

A decent sized, clean and overall very comfortable Hotel.

We stayed here after our 'The Ghan' journey concluded in Alice Springs.
Upon arrival was a really easy check-in process, good information provided by reception staff, the two rooms we had were both generous in size, good balcony, well appointed, very comfortable and quiet.

We both ate and drank at the adjoining bars / restaurants within the hotel complex there and found the staff to be really great, easy going and polite and had a great time.

Very happy and great stay.

A short stay for work. Fantastic staff, friendly and very helpful in challenging times with low staff numbers. Very comfortable room with nice view of the hills behind. Great bed and modernised shower room. Thank you AJ and the rest of the team for a great stay.

Picture this.it’s a friday night, you order a steak with a cheeky cider, and the local musician starts playing outside.you wear your cutest white boots and hey hey.you order your cider.the bartender stumbles for words over your beauty and can’t comprehend a sentence together as your beauty lures him.you feel the eyes of all the tradies stare at you down provocatively in a good way.you go to enjoy your meal.it is the best feed you’ve had in a while.they don’t call it juicy rump for nothing.you get complimented on your boots.then to top it off, the musician I mentioned in the beginning starts serenading you.only you.also the bouncer adds an extra pizazz wow factor in the way he says “have a good night” or whatever he said in a good way.main character moment.i love you lasseters.bare in mind this was written at 2 am

The bed was very comfortable, there was only a table with chairs - no lounge or comfy chairs. The room was slightly grubby with age, the shower leaked, there was a constant odour in the bathroom. No biscuits or snacks of any type in the room. The food in the Tali restaurant was very nice, unfortunately the constant music was intrusive. The food delivered to our room was terrible and barely warm. The staff whilst pleasant and fairly professional were difficult to understand due to their poor English. The swimming pool was freezing. For $400 per night this is just not good enough. We shan’t return.

I think this place is lovely. I’m not sure why the reviews are not so good - you do have to realise it’s Alice springs, not a big city. The room was spacious and the mountain view is 100% worth it. Pool and gym are top notch! I agree that the restaurants are terrible. Go elsewhere if you can. At Tali on both nights they forgot something i ordered and tried to charge me for it then asked me if id like them to take it off the bill when paying at the counter (obviously since it wasn’t received!). Food was disgusting. Otherwise though, it was a great stay and definitely worth it!

Another great place to stay in a good location. Very quiet and situated right. Good meals, service and helpful staff! Very nice!
