The perfect back up to crocadylus park! You can do the cage of death like my partner and best friend, or check out the amazing aquarium and snake exhibit. Right in the centre of the city! Was a great way to kill a few hours between lunch and pubs lol

The cage of death is a must. Wendel put on a fantastic show for us. It has topped off my bucket list. I would do it again if the opportunity arises

I had a fantastic time when I recently visited the cove. I did a VIP tour and found my tour guide Rosy to be extremely knowledgeable about all the animals that are kept there, I was overall impressed by the whole tour, (Rosy included) - feeding Burt and all the baby crocs, as well as getting to hold a baby croc and some of the other reptiles that are kept at the park.

I also did a new experience at the Cove. Whipray feeding! Honestly a one of a kind experience and the rays were all hilarious with their little noses peeking up over the tank ledge to figure out of there were fish or not available for eating. Rough on the topside, oddly soft and swishy on their underside - especially as they're essentially all muscle. Definitely something to sign up for if you're not 100% keen on the cage of death!

Overall you can 100% get your moneys worth in visiting the Cove, especially if you sign up for the animal experiences that are available.

Great place for kids of all ages, seeing such spectacular huge crocs so close to feeding smaller ones and having pictures while holding them. I wish I had done the swim with crocodiles.

This place is fantastic. One of the things to do is the cage swim with the crocodiles it's just a amazing thing to do highly recommend. This staff here are so helpful and friendly and the service is again fantastic. It's a shame it's worth more then 5 stars (10+)

Lots of crocs, turtles, other reptiles. Cage of death! Croc feeding. Snake feeding (not for the faint hearted). Got to touch all of the above. Reptile display better than Perth Zoo

Very good attraction with regular information sessions which includes displays such as croc feeding, fish feeding and reptile handling. Located in the heart of Darwin CBD making it easy to get to. Allow around 2hrs to take it all in. Admission is a bit pricey but worth the visit.

It was great - so many Crocs, a great aquarium show and fun to watch the people in the death tank. Once you've been however, you've been. I wouldn't rush to go back.

Very slack COVID protocol, no hand sanitizer, QR code very small in one place, everything was visibly dirty. Surprised because it’s filled with interstate travellers

Ccocosaurus Cove is a rather large facility considering it's location. They have a good collection of animals with a few cool interactions to choose from like swimming in a tube the put in the croc inclosure, photos with a baby croc or teaching baby crocs to jump for food. That last one can actually get some awesome photos for the kids.

The tour is worth the time. The information and back stories to the animals are interesting even if you work within the veterinary or general animal space.

The staff seem interested and educated on their animals. Very friendly and approachable.

Over all not a bad experience. But it is remarkable expensive, due to it being designed as a tourist trap. The animals are over fed especially the fish they are remarkably lathargic during "show timings".

Look, as an Aussie, I was ready to cringe.
But it was great! Reasonably good enclosures, close to the action, LOTS of crocs, active reptiles and fish, right in the heart of the city! Kids and adults had a great time. Thanks!

I've never given animal tourism in Australia a thought until today. Although the staff were lovely, the premises are in radical need of updating.some of the reptiles appeared in distress with frantic back and forth running in completely artificial and very small spaces. The crocs are impressive, however also have small spaces. The cage of death is an unique and great experience, let down by the age of the perspex which is extremely scratched, thus detracting from the photos and experience. I would encourage a more natural environment encounter for those interested.

Oh my! We did the Cage of Death, and it was AWESOME! This was a bucket list must. To see these prehistoric creatures up close was something I will never forget! We enjoyed the croc and reptile exhibits, and the staff try to make your visit special and memorable.

Visited this crocodile park today doing the VIP tour with my family.
Firstly - if I had known this park is located on the Main Street of Darwin, I would not have brought tickets. It seems very odd to have a zoo (if you can call it that) opposite bars and pubs in the middle of the cbd. I am not a local so I moved on from this.
This park is in dire need on renovating. It is very worn out and the enclosures are tiny.
The first thing I noticed within walking in is how sad and depressed the crocs looked. They literally have no where to go. Just lay around waiting for food.
The crocs feeding was impressive I must say. It does feel very unnatural however it was quite an experience I feel the strength of the croc pulling on the line.
The tour guide was lovely. Very knowledgeable and provided us with some very interesting facts about the fish and the crocs.
That’s where it ends.
I feel as a society we have come a long way for using animals as props. A baby crocodile was brought out for us to handle (I declined) with it’s baby mouth taped shut. It was passed around like a toy and I saw a photo booth set up where you can pay to get photos taken, it was sad and depressing.
I was informed that the babies, once grown, are taken to the juvenile pen, where they are then sent to the croc farm to be slaughtered for meat and skin. Although I am not in denial these things occur, it feels wrong that they are bred for entertainment to then be shipped off to be killed.
The whole place just felt cruel and very out of touch in today’s society where we know better.
I’m sure there are much better places to go.
It’s also quite expensive for the quality of the place.

An amazing day out for the entire family. The staff are highly knowledgeable and very friendly. So many reptiles to see, with live shows running all day that are informative and interactive for the young and old alike. Pack a lunch or eat at the canteen. This park should be on everyone's Darwin Bucktlist.

I do not recommend this place at all. The place is part of a crocodile farm that breeds and then murders baby crocodile to make into apparel and accessories. I was disgusted to learn this straight from the mouth of a staff member. The baby crocodile treatment to allow visitors to touch them was horrible and a lot of the lizards on the reptile area seemed distressed and very unhappy. This is an attraction with no respect for the animals, not a wildlife park, don’t be fooled.

This place has large amounts of information on reptiles in general. They have a turtle exhibit, croc exhibit and separate lizard and snake exhibit. The latter is in air conditioning. They have all the thrills of getting close to these animals, we did the cage dive however seeing as the crocodiles must see people 4 times a day they're less bothered by your appearance in the water beside them. This is to be expected with wild animals.
We did get to see crocodile egg collection which was more exciting as William and Kate thrashed around the staff. We were lucky to see the staff go into the cage to distract them and grab the eggs.

Staff are always kind and helpful. A good outing for family and friends. A chance to get up close with giant reptiles
