Really enjoyed our visit to the caves and thermal pool. The guy at the visitor centre was great. Thanks for your suggestions for our visit and local camping options and walks. They were spot on and we look forward to returning with friends/family. Cheers.

Friendly staff, that knew their stuff. No such thing as silly questions - any question was answered in a polite and informative way.

Very helpful staff. You got to book the cave tours in advance, especially on long weekends.
No hot coffee. Great drive to and from the caves.

Great little visitors centre selling memorabilia as well as gloves and beanies. Flushing toilets nearby.

We attended a guided tour of Jersey Cave and Jillabenan Cave led by Josh on 6/7/23. We also did a self guided tour of South Glory Cave. The caves were obviously incredible and other worldly. There is nothing to describe it, you just have to see it. If costs are prohibitive to you, then you should purchase a Jersey Cave guided tour rather than Jillabenan. Jersey was much larger and more impressive. Jillabenan is however, shorter, less demanding physically and is wheelchair accessible.

The NSW National Park website is very explicit about weather updates, accessibility, physical demands of going into the caves, prices and amenities - so any negative reviews regarding this are unfair - the website tells you all you need.

Our tour was enhanced by Josh’s charisma, knowledge and all around friendly nature. We were particularly impressed with how well he managed quite a large group, including extremely eager, chattering and inquisitive kids. He held a captive audience for these kids and you can tell they thought he was great (based on their 101 questions and giggles). Josh provided many interesting insights and some quality dad jokes for the adults too:)

Other than being a bit too dark we had a great adventure. Looking forward to going back for the other caves.

We did the self guided cave tour which was excellent as the last guided tour in other caves was booked out.
The size of the caves we walked through was amazing which has automatic lights and handrails right through the cave walk. Only a few spots I had duck my head for clearance but mostly an easy walk with some steps throughout and steep steps at the exit.

Yarrangobilly caves visitor centre is located a short drive via gravel road. Very tranquil.

Has plenty parking spaces, good and clean toilets, picnic spots, Electric vehicle charging station.

The centre has coffee, hot pies and souvenir to buy.

Highly recommended.

These guys are great. When we got there they asked what we were looking to do and we had no idea so they ran us through everything.

We did a self-guided tour of the South Glory cave and it was absolutely incredible! So much bigger than we anticipated. Every section we walked into was more impressive than the next. Can't wait to come back and spend more time here doing the guided caves, I wish we'd allocated time for it this trip!

Josh took us through the Jersey and Jillabenan Caves. Great tour, Josh is an excellent guide. The caves are very cool. Road was a bit of work to get in with the potholes but worth the trip.

Gravel road to drive down to the valley from the Snowy Mountain Highway for wonderful facilities there for you to enjoy. Well managed, welcoming staff but expensive pricing for cave and hot 'water tub' visits. I would say should visit any time other than winter for possible wonderful nature experience.

Staff super nice. Bit of a hidden gem after driving down the goatish track to get there.
The natural spring pool is simply awesome. Reminds me of what pools used to be like.
I'll be surprised if it's not ripped up or bastardized in the next 10 years.

The cave itself was cool and worth a look but the whole thing needs a lot of maintenance. The information signs are so damaged they are unreadable. The lighting system barely working, jerry rigged with old infrastructure and lazy wiring messing up the place. If they fix the info signs and clean up a bit I'd give it a 4 or 5 star.

Very nice place. Bit prepare for walk to any attractions like caves or the warm water pool is a little hike. Park fee is only $4 per car. Guided tours and self guided are bit pricey.
Toilets are very clean.
Roads were unsealed and wouldn't recommend for 2 wheel drives in wet weather.

Expensive. But worth it! The caves are amazing. Although, you need a good fitness level to complete the caves as they last quite a while of walking. I do recommend checking this out. The caves were very majestic and you don't need a torch as they are well lit

Great spot to go see in the national park. Thermal pool too. It's a lot of walking trails and can be steep up and down hills

Extremely friendly staff helped recommend local and popular sites. Rangers also mentioned that the pool, while "thermal" were quite honest saying that it's not actually too warm. We went anyway and it was a lovely experience in the pool in the early morning. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a semi-warm swim or a leisurely hike / walk through the bush!
