One of the best gyms around. A great selection of equipment. All the leading quality gear brands, reasonably new and in excellent condition. Reasonably sized gym so you always get a spot for your training program even during busy times. That's one of the features I like the most as compared to other gyms where you can hardly get a spot when they get busy. Also the gym is staffed up until 9 pm so you can come for a casual visit daily until 9 pm and then train as long as you like. Really great and convenient. So 5 stars for sure!

Worst gym ever. Very rude and unprofessional staff. They are just interested in charging you their fees. Once you are in, its painful to get out.

A second home too me! Lovely people and staff. Always a joy coming in and training in paradise. Great equipment and atmosphere. Couldn't be happier.

Definitely the place to be to achieve your training and fitness goals. Friendly and supportive environment to be around, with a one-stop-shop for all your supps and post-workout treats.

My experience with this gym had always been fine until the day I wanted to cancel my membership when my contract expired.

The unprofessional and callous approach in handling my cancellation has left a bad impression. Every time I have tried to call the gym and asked for the manager I was met with a wall of diversion, she was either in a meeting or not available. I have tried sending multiple emails to both the reception and the manager directly with no response apart from an automated message.

It has now been nearly 1 month and I have yet to receive any word from the team about the situation yet they have been charging me every week for their membership.

I now have to take this matter to the consumer watchdogs to resolve the issue.

I enjoy training at this gym. It is a good atmosphere, members and staff are nice. There is enough equipment to go around and my daughter loves attending the creche.

Very well equipped gym but the thumping loud music at the cardio workout area is so annoying and damaging to ears. Tried giving feedback and next day it went even louder. Forget about using your own headphones I use them as ear muffs

Lovely place to train with very nice members the workers are also great with personalities and not just behind a counter with dull faces looking at you as you walk in, members are pretty hygienic which is good to see and they also don’t smell like other members from other gyms, equipment is great nice floor area!

This is the best gym I’ve been to great facility, kind staff and amazing child minding. I’ll be here for years now.

Clean Facilities, friendly & informative staff & an overall great environment to exercise!

Gym was great when it first opened, however is slowly becoming not a great place to train. They have great facilities and most of the time availability of equipment is pretty good.

They will charge you for leaving weights on, even if it was an honest mistake! They will give you 10 minutes, but in that time they have already un racked the equipment, so they are going to charge you anyway. Yet they seem to pick and choose when they will monitor the floor to see who is following the policy and who is not. During peak times, it's the worst! People leaving their weights on all over the place and yet I see so many people having to un rack their weights.

People still using small towels or no towels. Members not wiping down the equipment before and after use. The other day, there was blood all over the barbell I was about to use.

And lastly, not all but most of the people that work there have poor customer service. They will come up to you and hassle you because they think you've walked through the back door. Yet you've been training fr the last hour. Show no interest when you walk in or are too busy talking behind the counter. I wanted to buy a shirt once and although they did not have my size, the response I got was a shrug of the shoulders.

I really hope they address some of their issues, because like I said they have great facilities - just the people running the place make it poor.

This gym has so much potential and I have high hopes for WGP
but it's definitely lacking in certain areas.

Cons
- Placement of leg press (half on the track)
- Not enough 20kg plates
- Marketing/Social media content looks like it's managed by a 10 year old.
- PT's need to stop holding phone in hand while running classes (very unprofessional)
- Deadlift platform is uneven causing barbell to roll back (risk hazard)

Pros
- Well equipped gym
- Good music
- Very Hygienic gym
- Private training area is great

Suggesting not to join this gym.worst experience ever, lack of communication and lack of basic facilities even.

This gym has no customer service before joining there attitude was totally different and later they will be the worst people to talk

The gym is new and very clean. There is a large variety of equipment and classes to suit everyone. The trainers and staff are friendly and always greet me with a smile as I enter the gym.

Large sized gym with great equipment and hammerstrength machines also very spacious between machines. Well organised with a dedicated crossfit section.

Big bold red building signage - New, nice and tidy gym. The modern reception area has area for clothing, supplements and staff were pleasant. I've only been until the group fitness studio which was clean and great to exercise in. The foyers leading to the rooms are quite open and spacious. Lots of parking areas to pick from too.
