Great equipment and gym until you want to cancel your membership. Attempted to cancel misses membership with staff during staffed hours. Told that they can only cancel memberships during business hours (8-4) and can only do it by attending during those hours in person. Can't cancel on weekends. Informed she was overseas currently so couldn't attend in person.told to email Admin email address however they probably still won't cancel it without her attending.

Love this gym, great gym floor and the staff are so helpful. My partner uses the creche a lot and one of the few she trusts with her kid

From what I can see they dont reply to bad feed back
Honestly good gym I have enjoyed my three weeks there. BUT. I wasnt told about a $200+ once off payment when I was taken on the tour. Arranged to pay it off but my banks still being debited. On the same day I paid two weeks fees $20×2 and $150 off the once off joining fee. Go to the gym this morning and my key wont let me in. $210 I've paid in three weeks and I'm locked out.

Massive gym. All the toys to do whatever you want in a gym. Love the functional training area and multiple squat racks means you're never waiting for something to be available.

I was a member of another gym years ago and could never get in to it.since joining world gym I have been going almost everyday.i love the place

I was looking into joining, but they blatantly lied about being the only gym in the area with a creche. I looked again to find out that there's literally another gym less than 3 minutes away with a creche as well. That sealed my decision, I don't like false advertising.
