I have been shopping into supermarket for very long, long time and never see anyone three Customer so great like Marina. She so amazing. Woolworth so lucky to have an employee like Marina at the checkout I am so sure what ever problem or any issues all customer will be well look after and happy. Marina thank you so much you have made my day and you have made a huge difference. Please keep
Up your good work?
You are the best.

This is basically a mini supermarket with limited stock. Also, there is only a limited range of brands. You're not always sure you're going to come away with everything on your shopping list.
Fruit and veggies are hit and miss in terms of quality. Often times cold items such as fresh spinach leaves are not there. My solution has been to do an online order and then if I need additional items I try this Woolies.
The staff are courteous and helpful, particularly Marina who is front of store, who can't do enough to assist you. She is a delight to deal with. Her customer service is outstanding.
Big but small, it's a well thought out design the store is in 2 sections. Could of been a bit cleaner though & not a staff member to be found except for the 2 at the checkouts. No street carparks @ all & no on site parking either. But a cute lil store.
Racist staff, charged me for opal top up and cash out but didn't recharge card gave receipt and took 25 minutes and doubted me. This is 3rd time
This store needs to stop playing music, nobody likes it especially when its too loud. The music is too loud in the store and they wont bother turning it down
Woolworths needs to do far more on covid safety. Simply having a QR code available is not good enough. I regularly see people not using this or entering without masks. Just today while shopping, two people walked the security guard with no masks, given that the Woolworths policy is that masks are mandatory - this is really poor. They continued to shop through the store unhindered by any Woolies staff they passed.
12 dec night. Very bad customer service…she was little old Asian women with glass, very rude and unprofessional.she was very aggressive when something error while bagging (checkout). Poor customer service and unprofessional.
Minimal staff! I was treated poorly by an Indian woman today hanging Christmas decorations! She was speaking native tongue to another colleague which I find extremely rude and unprofessional! This is no longer my store! If I could give 0 stars I would!
The staff at this store have been rather rude of late! I wonder what’s happening here! HEAD OFFICE PLEASE INVESTIGATE! I implore you to get the service area ration of staff correct! I watched a customer be abused by a lady all for asking if he could go ahead! This woman had loads of shopping, this man had 4 items! Unacceptable! It’s just speaking volumes for the brand!
Not sure why I persist on going to this supermarket… always out of stock of basic items, staff always standing around in front of shelves and when they are restocking the shelves they refuse to move out of the way for customers and block aisles with stock trolleys and boxes.
The security guard (the Nepalese one) in charge Tonight and the guy that put stuff on the shelves make jokes about the customers thinking people do not understand their language: poor them.
There never seems to be much meat in stock ever since the deli left. Prices aren't as cheap as they used to be either.
A larger than expected store with a great variety of products, lots of food both fresh and prepared
The staff are very friendly and helpful, I’m older & find shopping difficult, everyone helps when asked & I don’t feel rushed.
Why does this store NEVER answer the phone call? I’ve literally called this store so many times but not once has it answered my call. I think the managers themselves need some training.
This supermarket has gone downhill. No fresh meat deli, and only very expensive boutique bread. Giving this supermarket a miss from now on
I have never had such bad service as this store and so many times I just leave the groceries as after waiting 20 minutes to get served I think screw this and just go to aldi.
Ever since the deli left there is very little meat stock, prices have also gone up and you seem to never have any stock of essentials
You guys really need to think about the people you hire as mangers feel so bad for the poor people working under him. The way he was scream it's absolutely not acceptable.
Really disappointing that the deli has been removed, now you can only buy these items prepackaged
