I would like to thank the very excellent Emmanuel Michael for his very professional service today. Even though we did not end up buying a new car (here or anywhere), his level of customer service and kind friendly manner was a customer sales experience that I have never had from a car yard before. If anyone wants to be treated decently and fairly with the knowledge to back it up, I would definitely recommend seeing Emmanuel when you visit Windsor.

I would reccomend buying a used car from these guys to anyone I know. Particularly Vanessa and Joe who went over and beyond to really understand our needs and make us comfortable with our purchase and finally to Mark for making the transaction and loan stage smooth with no worries at all. Bought a brand new i20 in 2014. The paintwork on the bonnet is now delaminating. I have had my car professionally inspected and the paintwork tested, and all indications point to it being resprayed, prior to me buying it. I have been told Windsor Auto Group can do nothing for me.

They don't mind taking your money, but do mind correcting faults with the vehicle. I have had cars that have been 20 years old, and have not delaminated. Poor quality, poor after sales service.

Good experience. Friendly staff happy to answer questions even if they are a bit left field.
Nett result we walked away with a new car.

Excellent Customer Service from Amy Kurz. I went in having no idea what car I really wanted but with Amy’s help of explaining the features and really helping me narrow down which car would be great for me and my small family as well. She doesn’t come across pushy like you would find most sale consultants to be. I highly recommend going to see Amy and let her help you with your car purchase

I was told to be here at 8 am. It is now 10.25 and my car has not been started. The receptionist has not a care in the world, its not her problem - its a first come first served basis - had I known this i would not have gone to have a coffee first as I was running early and did not realise I could be booking in.

I called 3 times to book in my car for a service.left my details each time and they never call back.useless.

After weeks of speculation and deliberations with my wife about what car to get, a very enthusiastic and helpful Mitchell Apps assisted us with picking the right car for our family and our needs. Mitchell was extremely happy to explain all of the features and best options for fuel consumptions on our long daily commutes. We decided to get a Tucson and it’s the best thing ever since sliced bread.
