Worst place to buy the car they only focus for sales if there will be any problem in the car later on they won’t listen. This is what I feel today and Joe from sales team doesn’t even deserve 1star for his service.

Just got my Nissan Pathfinder from here and have to say the service from Joe and the rest of the team was excellent. The service through the week was great and all my questions and concerns was addressed. When I went to pick up the car, I hadn't sorted out my insurance yet. Joe sorted something out for me on the day so I wouldn't drive out without any, definitely exceptional service.

Just pick up my new car last week and it wasnt clean, phone was not hook up to it properly took it back to do what was a 5 min job but did not get done the tub line was not fitted properly told it was going to get fixed found out today they have not even order a new tub liner after i was told on pick up day it was ordered. After service is the worst save the hassle and go to castle hill or parramatta.

My experience has been nothing but terrible!
I book my car in for a new car warranty service, the car comes back to me with an error message traction control error message.
I book in another warranty service still has not fixed the traction control. I pick up the car drive it 3 km and then it wont start giving another error message.
I call them and they say it isn't covered I will have to get it transported to them and they will book it in! Hell No
I REBOOK in for the traction control to be fixed it still isn't done. Now both of my USB ports are not working as well as the traction control.

Don't send your car here!

Recently purchased an LDV T60 Luxe and I couldn't be happier with the team's service, professionalism and assistance in buying my first new car. I definitely recommend paying them a visit if you are after a new car (especially an LDV)

Took my car for a 10,000 service.was told both fog lights blown and wanted to charge me $362.00 to replace fog lights that should be under warranty. Booked in to replace the fog lights. Came back to pick the car up to find out that there were no blown fog lights. At both occasions they were told not to wash my car as the first service came back with a scratch. They went ahead and washed my car. Now I have a new car with scratches all over it. They use a corrosive chemical and i will be taking legal action

Unwanted hassle

Not so friendly staffs and customer service is pretty low!

Once you sign contract “may god help you because these people won’t”

Please find another dealer.

Just had the BEST car purchase/trade-in experience at Windsor Auto Group! Car was top quality, very fair trade-in and solid deal. Joe was impeccable to deal with, very realistic and trustworthy. I generally try and stay away from Car dealerships so this was a very nice surprise.
I highly recommend Joe and his Team, and would definitely be a return customer next time I am looking to trade-in or buy again.

My newest car in nearly 15 years. Matthew and Greg patiently helped me consider the pros and cons of new versus nearly new and contacted me when the right car became available. I'm so grateful that their service was so comprehensive and kind. Certainly not pushy. Matthew walked me through all the functions of my car and I know I can ring him anytime with questions. The financing arranged by Adrian was competitive and we'll within my comfort zone. He is open and honest and there were no hidden surprises. I am so happy I decided to trust Windsor Auto Group.

Professional and friendly the team at Holden Windsor Auto Group were amazing. Greg was outstanding he really stepped up and made the process comfortable and easy and made us feel valued as a customer. Really took the time to explain the differences in car models and where our money was being spent.
