Unfortunately deceptive practice during sale was used in this instance.
I was informed that I would be eligible for the new electric vehicle rebate if I purchased an EV from the dealer. I did so, under the understanding that this would make the car within my price range by receiving a $3,000 rebate upon application however, after applying for the rebate, I was informed by the government that contrary to what the dealer had informed us in writing, that because this was a demo rather than new car, that I would not be receiving the rebate.
The dealer had applied for the rebate already and should've known that demos are ineligible if they apply for the rebate, for the new purchaser to then apply for the rebate. In raising this with the dealer, no action was taken on their part and I therefore encourage others not to use this dealer.
I recently bought my beautiful Holden Astra GTC from Windsor Auto Group. Joe Kazan was my sales rep and could not do enough to make my experience buying a new car as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
My Astra was presented beautifully on the day of pick up with a big pink ribbon and parked in the showroom.

I recently purchased a new car from Windsor Auto Group. All of the staff I spoke to there were pleasant and friendly, especially Richard who was courteous and helpful. No pressure to purchase and he clearly explained all the functions and features of the car when I went to collect it and provided his contact details in case I had any further questions. I have already recommended this company to others.

Appalling customer service, service department takes no responsibility for their errors, they do not provide timely or truthful customer updates, I would not recommend this service department to anybody.
To say the staff at Windsor auto group went above and beyond would be an understatement. The professionalism and quality of their service is second to none. I'd like to thank Joe and Adrian in particular who helped me with all questions I had in regards to the car I purchased from specs to financing. To top it all off, these guys personally delivered my car to my door which is almost 2 hours away from the dealership. I will definitely be looking at coming back to them for my future motor purchases.

I am really disappointed with the “Windsor Auto Group” especially with fact that the dealership does not care about customer service. Normally, I don’t leave any bad reviews but I really had a very terrible experience with the sales team. I placed an order (Hyundai Palisade) with the dealership five months before and agreed all the terms and conditions at the time of placing an order. When the car arrived few of the agreed terms were not met as promised and no one wants to take any accountability of their mistakes. The only thing happened was there was no any communication between the sales team and they didn’t want to take responsibility. The only thing the sales team said was we didn’t know and it’s not our fault even though they lack the communication between their own team. The answer I got was it’s not my job and after I sale it’s after market people’s job to arrange the rest. I didn’t understand how such a big dealership could say such a thing when the actual delivery of the vehicle arrived in the dealership. One of the sales staff was so rude that he said get the refund and cancel the deal instead of fixing their mistake. The sales team didn’t take the responsibility or take any accountability of their mistake and their communication gap between their team. The sales teams refused to keep their promise which was made in front of owner Chris. Unfortunately the owner Chris was not available at the time. The estimate date of delivery is still left which Is 06/02/23 but they don’t want to accept their mistake and instead asked to take refund. Basically, I waisted my five months worth of time with this dealership and got treated such poorly and rudely so, I wanted to warn other customer about the same. I wish I could give Zero Star to this current experience with them. Be Aware!
