Jeremy is an excellent Strata Manager. He is reliable, responsive, prompt, courteous and comes back with a plan of action for all our queries. I feel very lucky that we have him as our Strata Manager.

We have had a number of property managers through Whelans and Elizabeth is by far the best. We are a difficult property to manage and she always remains professional and has a lovely manner.

Never ever appoint this strata management. Property manager never reply emails or calls. Always being directed to some unprofessional and rude staffs whenever we called. Don’t expect them to be able to help to fix or manage any issues with the building because they don’t care. What they care is the money and they dare to keep raising our strata fees without providing us the service that we need.

We have been waiting for more than 8 months for a water leak to be repaired and our properties to be refurbished. The strata fees increase all the time. We just pay the fees and our properties are run down, we cant even rent or sell our property. We have been waiting for more than 8 MONTHS! There is no rush or urgency to repair anything! Poor service. I will never buy a property with Strata- hard lesson learnt

We had a manager overseeing our area. He was soooo slow, didn't achieve anything, and left oneday without even so much as a note. I'd rate lower if I could.

I’m basing my review on my experience with Elizabeth who has made a huge difference to the strata experience. She is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and responsive. Further Whelan have adopted new tech to make the whole process work more seamlessly in a virtual environment.

Sara was an absolute legend today! My unit had a random outage this Saturday morning and even after switching the fuse box switches back on, the power still didn't come back on. I called Sara who helped me sort it out really quickly. She contacted the electrician to see what could be the issue and got back to me straight away. Turns out I needed to switch the circuit breaker back on in the electrical riser in the common lobby. Sara got a hold of our committee member who has a copy of the key for the electrical riser and as expected, the circuit breaker had tripped. Thanks heaps Sara! The food in my fridge is safe thanks to you:)!

Whelan property took on board our property management early this year and since then it has been an exceptional service from Chris and his team. The motto according to the "Proactive, professional & outstanding" does fit perfectly. Our block has been neglected for 20+ years and Whelan property have taken the first step towards resolving our issues very promptly and in a timely manner. Looking forward to working with them closely to resolve any outstanding issues from our previous strata management.

I have had dealings with the Strata Manager and his Assistant, for many years (both as an owner and as a member of the executive committee). I find that the Strata Manager is extremely knowledgeable with the law, his business and always current. I find them courteous, respectful, eager to resolve issues, professional and hard-working.

They are always trying to please, taking on the committee’s requests/suggestions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

As an owner of a unit in a medium /large sized I can not recommend Whelans enough as a Strata Management company. I have been involved with them both as an owner and as part of the strata committee for many years and have always found them professional and an important part of the team. I have so many friends who have so many issues with their strata company and I recommend to them all to contact Whelans.

Worst property management company. I live at a property managed by Whelan group. There is always something broken. Lifts just work for a week in a month. Very slow response from property manager. Property managers have a bad attitude and need to learn some etiquette or maybe its not their mistake as Whelan group might just be hiring illiterates.

Overcharge on everything, pocket the rest, and barely service the houses. Useless and question you back you ask about why they include offices fees in the strata billing for basic photocopying, or replying to your emails.

Dealing with Jessica and Christopher has been a very good experience. Their response time to queries was very timely and effective. A great experience!

Chris Whelan is incredibly responsive and helpful. He really went above and beyond to help me out when my address was problematic.

Incompetent, uncaring, mysterious, update: I have contacted the owner as requested weeks ago, still no response. I cannot wait to see the back of them.

Tiarne is one of the best strata managers I have ever dealt with, our clients have been very impressed with her service. She is prompt to reply and assists with all questions in detail. I appreciate how difficult it would be and she should be praised for her great service.

As chair of the Pyrmont Court Owners Corporation Executive Committee for the past 6 years (now retired) I cannot speak highly enough of Bronwyn our Strata Manager from the Whelan Property Group. She and Whelan have always been trustworthy, efficient and professional. Our apartment complex has 98 residential; units and 5 commercial premises. They have always managed us honestly providing the committee with accurate and sound advice which has been greatly appreciated. Their efforts have contributed significantly to a strong financial position as well as ensuring the well being of owners and residents.

Dealings with Whelan and Michael P have been very positive. It is a large strata scheme and there are many complexities, but I have always found Michael and his team responsive, attentive and genuine in their support and management. Thank you.
