Georgia from Westside Strata has been the managing agent of my mother's unit block. Her professionalism and prompt response in dealing with all enquiries have never failed to impress me.

I have found Georgia to be very courteous, responsive, professional and prompt. She is an easy person to deal with. Our building is managed by Westside Strata Management and our Strata Manager is Petra. Petra is professional, courteous, sincere, and proactive with all matters relating to our building. She goes ‘full steam ahead’ with anything that needs to be done in our building. Petra is constantly in dialogue with our Strata Committee, she cares about the buildings she manages – which I believe are a few in our area! Petra keeps us informed and is always seeking our guidance, giving us reassurance, advising direction with anything that relates to our building. She has an amazing repour with our Building Manager and all the Contractors that are used daily, weekly, monthly at our building.

At the beginning of 2020, a mammoth task was undertaken by Westside to replace all the cladding on our building. These works took quite a few months to complete but the result was great! Westside were in constant contact with the Engineer, the Builder and also the Council. They worked as a team, there were on-site meetings and inspections, the Strata Committee was kept in the loop and the job was done with little disturbance to the residents.

I have no hesitation to recommend Westside Strata Management to anyone that is looking for a Strata company.

I highly recommend Kelli Nagle of Westside Strata Management. Kelli has a strong knowledge of strata legislation, which combined with years of experience means Kelli provides common sense solutions to the various issues that come up when working with a strata property. She is very responsive, and also very fair in her approach to all the various parties she has to deal with.

I previously posted a 1 star rating due to certain issues in the complex despite the wait they have all been rectified. I was promptly contacted several times by their office to see if there was anything else they could do to help, which demonstrates to me that they take matters seriously and care about their reputation. Our building has complex issues and a ferociously hostile committee/ owners corp. Westside stayed impartial, propose solutions and look out for everyone's well-being.

If you ever need a Strata Manager that has integrity, has the knowledge and people skills to deal with complex issues (and hostile committees) and gets the basics right (like returning phone calls) then Westside is your best option.
