After dealing with a number of strata managers over the years as an owner within a strata complex, I can totally recommend Westside Strata Management. They have been by far the most proactive managers and their staff have all been very professional and courteous to deal with. Had a positive experience in overall with Westside in regard to resolving building defects. George Seint-Georges serving as the Strata Manager has been proactively in liaising/resolving issues on the back with multiple parties in a timely manner.which is definitely highly appreciated!

It’s unavoidable to face some problems when you live in an apartment, but George has been very helpful and responsive in helping us to solve the problems. He always try his best to find the right person to fix the issues. Really appreciate his help.

I have dealt with Rebekah Birchall on a few properties as I am a Licensed Conveyancer and she has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. But recently I needed personal advice on some strata issues for where I live, and I rang her to get some direction and bounce off some ideas and she was extremely helpful and gave me some great suggestions on what I can do as an owner. We have had a number of strata managers over the last 13 years owning our unit. Westside have been the best strata management company we have used, and our strata manager Lucio has been great. He responds to all issues in a timely manner and has been very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them.

Our strata committee decided to transfer to Westside Strata after they were highly reccommended. Of all the stratas I've dealt with before, this one is by far the worst. The strata's attitude is extremely rude, and they charge an exorbitant strata levy without ever following through on their responsibilities. Despite inspecting my apartment for water leakage, they failed to fix the issue and, during the inspection, created a large hole in my living room, which they have refused to repair.

Having worked alongside the Westside team for a year now I have been consistently impressed with their communication, strategy, empathy and overall professionalism. A special mention for Rebekah Birchall, she has been fast, accurate and reliable all the way through and residents should breathe easy upon finding out she is your strata manager. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Tarna is the strata manager for our large complex. She handles all our queries professionally and promptly. Tarna communicates well with the committee and addresses our concerns with diligence and is very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly.

I recently applied for a renovation in my apartment. It’s under Westside’s management. The application process was VERY QUICK AND EASY! The person I was communicating with was very prompt and helpful.

I have been living a unit which is managed by Lucy Macbryde last 28 years.

And just one email of request for rectifying issue then I get promoted response from her.

So, I have a peace of mind to live on the property where Lucy manages.

We have recently done quite a lot of work with Westside Strata and it's a real pleasure to work with them.
