Dr Jonathan Beck is amazing, truly cares always gives advise and works with you and follows up on you constantly.

My family and I absolutely love dealing with him an amazing family doctor.

Needs to employ more staff, especially on their phones, waited over an hour to ask a simple question. Could maybe also advise on your website what pathology company you use.

The nurse conducting the Covid-19 Vaccination was so friendly, patient and lovely. My Mum had suffered a stroke previously and she was so patient and caring towards her.

Gp's are good open and closes good time gave 4 out of 5 as when you call to speak with reception takes for ever for them to pick up on the other end

The staff were extremely organised, respectful and professional. The whole experience for my family has been fantastic

Just saw the clinical nurse Shika for a checkup. Her lovely manner and incredible knowledge was so reassuring. Thank you.

I attended The Warringah Mall Medical centre this morning Friday 24 September. I was treated by Dr Luwei Shi. I had a conjuctivitis issue with my left eye and I asked him a couple of questions and his reply was “ Don’t Talk “ I understand it’s a very busy centre but I found his manner to be abrupt and not friendly.
I have attended the Medical Centre many times previously without any issues.

I have been a patient of Dr Jonathan Beck for one year with my family, I must say he is an amazing person he looks after us and follows up on every aspect of our health.

Treatment room nurses are very compassionate and hard working. Huge thanks to them, they always look after patients really well.

Came for COVID Vaccine. Was quick and on time. Receptionist were helpful. Can't ask for much more.

Dr Neekan and then team today were amazing. Very professional and NO wait time whatsoever. The Doctors and Nurses at this medical centre go above and beyond and deserve to be recognised especially during this Pandemic!

Very good service. I read some reviews complaining about long wait time for first available but what they could have done was to be responsible and organise an appointment to see their Dr to avoid this. I’ve always had good experience whenever I come to this centre. This centre offers variety of services and staff are always very helpful, from receptionists to Doctors to centre’s management. At this time of uncertainty due to COVID, working in frontline isn’t easy. I work in medical field as well and I do understand the pressure and chaos. So I appreciate their patience and dedication.

The nurses and gps were accommodating and the place is clean. The waiting time was alright because there were proper seats… nice ambiance especially on the 1st floor.

Dr Tina Diec is the best doctor. She is
to the point and full of knowledge. Sarbjeet at the reception is fine lady, who took extra care for sorting out 1st available doctor waiting time, while I was sitting for long waiting for doctor.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful! They are all doing an amazing job considering we are in a pandemic.

Nurse and doctor were very good, made sure they looked over everything and very precise in what they were doing for me. Worked together and very good service. Highly reccomend.

I CALLED THE MEDICAL CENTER TO MAKE A BOOKING TO SEE MY DOCTOR, AND WITH 3 ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK WITH A RECEPTIONIST. AFTER WAITING ON THE PHONE FOE MORE THAN 2 HOURS, NO ONE ANSWERED.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment two weeks prior to see a particular doctor and received 3 confirmation texts up until the day prior to the appointment. Then turned up for appointment on time to be told doctor is no longer there and left the practice a week ago.
Great systems in place and organization. NOT

I can not believe the adverse comments being made about Dr Billiet who is the most caring experienced Doctor at the Medical Centre. And could the person claiming that Dr Billiet was only interested in having his form signed - this practice went out quite some time ago and even them Dr Billiet never forced his patients to sign these forms quickly. And, if Dr Billiet was so bad how come he had the longest waiting time for patients to see him? A real pity Dr Billiet has left the practice and restarted at another practice as he will be sorely missed. And this practice does employ very helpful staff behind the counters and the Doctors employed are generally very good. There is however 1 Doctor whom I would never use due to his incompetence but shall remain nameless as I don't want to get sued.

I was suppose to get phone call at 12: 50 pm today. I had to ring them at 2: 15 pm and they told me GP will ring me after she is done with all the patients.
I am still looking at my phone for her call.
Please let us know if there is delay so we don't need to spend hours to wait for a phone call.
