The doctor I see is always rude and has zero empathy. A doctor has zero empathy. I dread every time I see him because it’s always the same outcome.

My daughter went here because she had a ear ache. Dr Liwei Shi should learn to be emphatic. Being a doctor is a noble profession and being understanding and kind is part and parcel of this job. He was very rude and made my daughter very upset. Shame on you.

I was on the phone for 37 minutes to book a Telehealth appointment. The recorded message said expected wait time is 5 minutes. I came in to the reception and the 2 receptionist were talking yo each Other no one in the queue the phone wasn’t ringing and was told to call to book for telehealth. I was on the phone on hold for 43 minutes by this time and in person just to get told to book the next because Dr Wines is not working on the day. No apologies. 0 customer service and very unprofessional. This medical centre is going from bad to disaster

Doctors are nice enough but since changing their model to barely accepting walk ins it is not that useful anymore. Phone systems don't work, don't wait on hold or press 2 nothing happens and ignore the less than 5 mins automated reply. It's rubbish.

Don't wait for a call back for your booked Telehealth appointment. They won't call you! But they do charge your fee on Medicare even if the Dr.appointment did not occur. Poor customer service, and poor medical service delivery.

Don't waste your time.waited on the phone then decided to select 2 and ask for a call back that never came. Went in next day to book a telehealth and I was told I needed to call them, but I was right there. Went elsewhere and was glad I did. The place has gone downhill in the last 12 months.

I had an appointment the other day with Dr Liwei Shi and I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor. He was rude, patronising and actually quite intimidating. His behaviour was unacceptable in any setting, let alone a medical one. I am mortified at the idea of someone more sensitive or vulnerable being subjected to him.

For the GP session here, the reception is kinda slow, when they say call you back in 5min, they did 1hour and half later; the GP i booked in a month ago is on leave, but they didn’t call me or message me, no notice until I try to call on the day to confirm ; you need to pay fees in advance instead of after seeing GP which never happened in other clinics before, for whoever doesn’t have Medicare, your level B surgery is $90 which is the most expensive place I ever been to.

However, the door I was seeing is very friendly.

Totally useless phone line, and totally contactless.
Docs and nurses ok, but what a Abortion of a medical centre. This operation could work on the moon where there are less people, but they probably should give up!

The best medical centre on Northern Beaches. No need to go elsewhere for x-rays, physio, dental, blood tests, skin cancers, podiatry & much more. So convenient.

I have edited this review after spending 2 days waiting on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs each time and then the line dropping out. Useless trying to ring and no other way to get in touch which is absolutely appalling for a medical Centre.

Something needs to be done about this.

In saying that it does not take away the fact that this medical centre has outstanding Drs and staff. Just fix the phone situation.

Doctors good
Welcome service is abrupt and barely polite
Management take heed and train your staff
Example: I witness a gentleman being abruptly told "there is a queue spot out there" as he was approaching the counter" - there definitely is a better way to say that

Great experience. Took a punt on the doctor I chose and they were excellent - went above and beyond to help me out. The onsite services are excellent.

I had a telehealth appt booked for 4.20 today but the Dr didn't call. I have just waited for 39 minutes to speak to reception and was told in the first instance the wait time would be 3 mins, then 4 mins, then 3,5,3,4,3,5,3,3 and at the 39 min mark the call was disconnected. Very frustrating to say the least!

Amazing medical centre that includes specialist and general practitioners providing high quality service. A special mention to Dr Jonathan Beck for his medical knowledge and untiring follow up and care.

Rang the centre to establish my credentials from a message I received. After putting in ID they told me I didn't exist after visiting the centre for 15 years. So followed protocol and phoned the centre to clear things up. After being told my call would be answered in 3 minutes the phone went dead after hanging on for 40 minutes. Diaboticol service.hasnt changed in years.

My latest visit to warringah medical centre was nothing short of fantastic!
My appointment was bang on time (on a Sunday) at 1pm!
Dr. Sacks was thorough with his questions, and I was immediately tested for an ECG (lovely nurse), Blood tests (didn’t hurt) and urine.
Then I was given the results for all by 6.10am Monday over the phone by Dr. Sacks, a time that suited me.
Every thing was swift, efficient and very friendly.
A one stop shop! I highly recommend WMMC.

Great centre with thorough and educated doctors. The medical centre can get quite busy, but otherwise a pleasant experience. Reception staff are eager to help and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Richard Sacks for any complex healthcare needs, he is an outstanding GP.

Probably the best medical clinic on the beaches. Receptionists can be a bit rude & unhelpful but you're there for medical reasons so not enough to deter me

I did not give 5 stars only because no place is perfect.

My personal doctor is Richard Sacks and I would give him 5 stars if I could. He is and has been highly informative and competent and most supportive. I have also received advice about receiving treatment for my prostate cancer which was excellent.

I am also under treatment for mild bone density problems. I have also received excellent advice from your physiotherapists. I also had my cataracts removed in your day surgery with excellent support and results.

The nurses on site have always been friendly.helpful and efficient.

I do not look for any other place to look after my health. I am lucky to have found this place and I recommend it to all.

Been here a few times, one of the nicest and cleanest facilities. The staff were prompt and friendly. Almost a walk through if you have a booking.
