Warringah Medical & Dental Centre

I have visited Warringah Medical Centre to see Dr Richard Sacks twice and each time found the doctor to be personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time, seems genuinely interested and I have left feeling like a human rather than a number. My experiences with the pathologists and technicians have been good, with short wait times. In-house chemist is also a plus.

Expect bruising after blood taken from pathologists, long waits to see a GPs and an online booking system that does not work.

Probably the best medical centre on the Northern beaches.
After suffering a traumatising spinal injury, the care and diligence was above and beyond, over the period of several years.
Thankyou Dr Sacks, you are one in a million.

The waiting times have been greatly reduced and it is now a pleasure to go there.
Dr Sacks is my preferred GP and his dedication from diagnosis through to follow up and through is second to none. I feel he has a genuine interest in my total well being.

The Warringah Mall Medical Centre overall is a good place. The doctors I have found to be quite good in the way my children and I have been treated. Especially Dr Vladimir Brodski

Made appt for Dr Lewei Shi to sign a centrelink form for my daughter with special needs. He refused and gave me a medical cert instead. This was unacceptable with centrelink. I had to see him again. He was reluctant to sign. I asked him if there was an issue?
Dr “I only seen her twice”
Me "you are causing me lots of stress”.
Dr: “I feel sorry for you”! (laughing)
Me: “you are pathetic”
Dr: “NO, YOU ARE” and laughed at me and closed the door in my face!
Dr Shi is appalling!

Walked in off the street and got Saint to within 20 minutes, and the doctor seemed pretty thorough and knowledgeable.

Super helpful and friendly staff, brilliant that x-ray facility is there on site, great experience.

Dr lewei Shi is the biggest joke of a doctor I've come across in my time - appalling behaviour from someone claiming to be a medical professional no wonder everyone has changed practices - this is just unprofessional

Wasted an hour of my time with deceptive practices and rude staf.don't trust these people with your health, it's clearly not important to them.

Absolute amazing service given from all medical professionals,
Always bring your child if you feel there is something wrong, no it can't take a long time to see a doctor & Staff were amazing specially Nidhi jaiswal on reception

After a long wait on the phone, my call was answered by lovely lady Renu. She was very professional and attended my inquiry in a very cheerful way.

ONE Major problem, communication via phone is extremely poor. PHONE just doesn't get answered, or you hang on for 40 minutes then get cut off. This is not a new problem. Very poor service, a medical centre without a phone service A new experience for sure.

Excellent, efficient service. Professional, kind and considerate to all patients. Vicki on Reception was extremely helpful, which was enormously appreciated.

Short wait time when you make an appointment is great!:) But it's also good that you can still be seen without an appointment for something more urgent:)

Dr liwei shi is appalling.
Told me to cough my ‘cold’ away when I’ve been coming in on & off for two months with acute bronchitis. He also told me I needed to act more like a lady, in his words like “his daughter who is a lawyer & well disciplined” which had nothing to do with what I was coming in for which was anti Biotics, I am appalled that someone of this nature is allowed to work around children & adults. I am scared for his fixture patients truely & have had to take further legal action as he was just so overly inappropriate.
