I don’t know what all these other reviewers are taking about. We have been deal with this group as tenants for the past 4 months and honestly this group of property managers are the worst people I have ever done business. Repairs - they don’t do them. Communication - they don’t communicate. Issueing receipts for rent - yeah they don’t do that either. In fact the only thing that Wagga property management are good at doing is making excuses and talking a lot of nonsense. Whether you are a tenant looking for a place to live, or a client looking for someone to look after your property. Look anywhere but here. This is a terrible business run by unorganised and unprofessional people with zero idea about what the word “service” actually means.

I cant even comment on their customer service as they didnt bother to make an appearance on two inspections.

There's really no competition. Property management is all they do and they do it far better than anyone else.
