We'd been searching for a property that ticked all boxes. When a property came on the market mid week I reached out and Dave arranged a walk-through on Saturday, to suit us. His depth of real estate experience meant he could answer all queries on the spot and to our satisfaction; this matched our own research, about the market, the property history, the neighbourhood, rental prospects etc.

Dave provided options and arranged all inspections, saving us valuable time and energy. In our experience, he has lived up to the recommendations from family and friends, he knows his real estate, is approachable and got us over the finish line without drama.

The longest sale ever (almost)
Rod has an impeccable knowledge of the market, he’s patient and an all round good bloke. Highly recommend!

I rented a house with them in Forsyth street. The day I moved in they started sending me emails from the very next week if I was going to extend my contract which was initially for 6 months. However the owner decided to end my contract as her son was moving in. It was in the middle of the covid crisis so had difficulty finding a new place. When I requested for atleast a week's extension to find a new place their answer was no, you can go and live in the streets we don't care was literally their answer. No compassion at all. When I left the house I cleaned the house thoroughly but they still charged me around $700 to $750 saying its for pest control, carpet cleaning and cleaning the house etc etc. They will now keep all my bond money. When you call them to point out some problems in the house they will simply reply that we are looking into it and will send someone very soon but they never do. Remax wagga is just a money hungry agent. Beware with them as they will never return your bond money as at the end of your lease agreement they will always come up with huge bills and make sure that you don't get any of your bond back. This is the worst agent I have ever come across Australia. Take my words never ever rent with these guys as all they are concerned about is how to take all the money from you. Its been a month I have left their property but You won't believe that to this very day they are still sending me bills saying that you still need to pay this and that. I couldn't give them a zero.

The WORST real-estate in wagga. Honestly so upsetting how unprofessional and awful the service is. If you're a landlord, tenant or buyer DO NOT use them they're terrible!

First class communication
Looking for an investment property, I met many agents and made plenty of enquires. Dave Skow was the most reliable in his communication, answering questions in a very timely manner, meaning I could make an informed decision sooner. There was no pressure or broken promises, rather a warm and relaxed approach which in the end got the sale achieved.

Friendly, quick to answer questions. Have new rentals come up quite often, more rentals then most local realestates ive noticed.
