I had an unfortunate experience with the house I rented at Wagga Wagga. Despite receiving it in an unclean condition, I documented everything and initially had a good relationship with the agent. However, when I decided to terminate the contract and offered to pay the fine, the agent refused to inspect the house before my departure. I left the house in a better condition than when I received it, with photos and videos as evidence. Shockingly, the agent is now attempting to exploit the situation, falsely claiming the house isn't clean. I've requested to pay the fine and receive my bond back, even suggesting a replacement tenant, but the agent is unwilling to cooperate. It's a frustrating situation, as I'm willing to pay the fine and have someone take over without any loss of days. I offered to pay for extra cleaning, I don't know what he needs!

Invested / Energetic. We went to look at a house that did not have a open house on a day of serious disappointment for houses. We decided to look at one more and called Issac, he was available in minutes.

Mum said they are the people I want to sell my home. So when the time come it was a no brainer. Isaac and Khodi not only sold the home within a few days but sold it above market price. Well above the expectations of family. Isaac was always professional in his approach to any situation around the sale. His communication touching base with us to see if there was anything he could help with during the time if sale and when the keys were finally exchanged.
