Just traded in our 10 year old Volvo for a new XC60. Mark Diamond was pleasant to deal with- not pushy, more interested in seeing if he could put the right deal together for us. Mark listened to what we wanted, found a car with the colour and options we were looking for then put together a smart offer that meet our requirements, including a fair trade in.

Brother bought a top of the line volvo 2 months ago. 3 times been back for repair. No fix to date despite being in the shop for 2 weeks. Choose another brand and or dealership. Caveat emptor.

Stay away! These guys take "sleazy car salesman" to a whole new level! Their staff are a pain to deal with and harass you until you need to block their number. Overpriced compared to other Volvo dealers. If you want a good deal and to be looked after, don't come to Volvo Mosman.
