Was very easy to work with Mark and the team. Great test drive, and taking delivery felt like an event - a birthday or something. Went on a holiday after we did handover, had a rental car, and resented it the entire time we were away because it wasn't our new Volvo.

I love the vehicle but the sale process was disappointing. I was offered all kinds of extras and discounts on servicing etc, but as soon as I had paid for the car they said they could no longer honour those offers. The car was a lot of money and those offers got me over the line. I should have ensured they were available before I completed the contract. Just be careful of additional offers that they don’t come through with in the end.

Service at mosman has been amazing. Have had delays in getting the new car but not to do with the dealer- more the global chip shortage.

The sales process was much better than I expected- from early delivery of the vehicle through to the explanation and demonstration of all the features. Now as long as the vehicle lives up to its claims I will be happy and satisfied.

We recently bought a new XC90 from Mark Diamond at Volvo Mosman. It was a really good experience. From beginning to finish my wife and I were treated well, given all the information and test driving we required. It was our first premium car and it was a big deal for us. We love the car. Love it. Kids do too. Mark delivered everything he said he would. No pressure tactics. And we got the car delivered ahead of expectations time wise. Strong recommendation and thanks from us.

This was my first Volvo purchase and the whole experience was fantastic. Tristan, Mark D, Mark S, Danielle and the team were wonderful. Well I did not think I would be buying a second hand Porsche Macan from Volvo Cars Mosman. A well presented car and the sale was very professionally handled by Mark Diamond who was most helpful indeed in the very busy build up to end of financial year. Experience must count. Steve Perry

Currently in the market to get a new SUV and was checking a couple of Volvo models. When approached I enquiries about the electric models and the dealer somehow became defensive and told me almost verbatim "Look if you are interested on the electric models, you need to place an order online and they might send the vehicle of the dealer of your choice, but that may take many months", almost at the same time he lost complete interest on providing us more details and excused himself to answer his phone. Pretty disappointing TBH as I was still interested to hear which other options on their existing range, he never return to us, perhaps the call was more important. 2/5 stars for me at this time unfortunately.
