From the time of purchase through to car services and up until the time I’m ready to trade in and upgrade Byron has made the whole process so easy. He alone is the reason I have purchased my last two cars and I will continue to do so in the future. I visited Volvo Mosman to initially do some research and take a closer look at the XC40 models after having done some online research. On entering the dealership, Mark Diamond introduced himself. Mark invited me to sit in one of the XC40 models and gave me a great overview and tour. Mark is a gentleman. He was respectful, friendly, very knowledgeable and a professional.

Before I left the dealership, Mark took my contact details and advised me he’d send me through some materials on each of the XC40 models for comparison, exactly what I wanted. I received the email as promised with loads of great comprehensive information. After reviewing all the materials, I returned to revisit the professional and welcoming customer service experience provided by Mark to make my purchase of the vehicle (XC40 Inscription).
