What a godsend having Vodafone upstairs at Westfield Warringah mall, outside bigW. I almost lost complete faith in Vodafone after having a horrific experience with the Vodafone shop downstairs near Coles. When it was time to sell me the plan and sign the contract bringing 3 services from Telstra to Vodafone we were promised the world by the downstairs store and after signing THEY failed to deliver. Even going back on there promises and failing all customer service guidelines! Even to the point when I asked what happened to the student 10 percent discount that was meant to be applied, I was told I was being rude and to change my tone of voice? THANKFULLY I took the chance and seeked help from Vodafone upstairs and WOW.what a difference I was blown away at how helpful MARISSA AND GEORGE were. So empathetic to my concerns and without hesitation went over and beyond in customer service to fix all the stuff ups on my 3 accounts that were incorrectly done by the other Vodafone shop! Marissa would call me to keep me updated on what resolutions they could offer. I’m so happy and it’s only because of this store that I am still with Vodafone! Marissa and team at Vodafone Warringah mall upstairs near big W I cannot Thankyou all enough! Excellent world class customer service! I’m one happy customer now!

The best Vodafone store I have ever visited. All the staff are really attentive but the attendant named Rodolfo (Rod) is really an above average attendant. He is aware of all phone plans, mobile phones and what is the best combination between them according to your financial condition and, in the case of foreigners, visa period. Congratulations to the entire team.
